If you don't like swallowing capsules, and hate the taste of most powders, then this is a great option as you can literally mix it with any drink (maybe not beer), and it won't alter the flavor of that beverage. I also like that by mixing and drinking it, it gets into your bloodstream faster and more completely than a capsule or pill that has to dissolve in your stomach. If you are looking for something to support hair, skin and nails and have not found the thing that works for you, I would recommend you give this product a 3-week trial.

The wife likes this. Her skin does look more even in tone, with a reduction of age spots. This is a high quality supplement made in Japan. It can be drank in liquid or used as a face mask. My wife drinks it. It's a bit pricey but seems a good value for what it does.Recommended.

I absolutely love this stuff. It has changed my skin so much. My skin feels so smooth. I’m talking face, neck, arms, legs, and just all over. I have had zero ashiness this winter. Is is a little expensive? Not really when you think about it with the cost of good quality skin products out there. This will actually help eliminate the use of as much product. I know the serving size is 1 tablespoon but I have consistently taken 1 teaspoon a day for the last month and my usual brittle nails have become hard as rocks! I've never had a product actually work to help give me strong nails before. I also am very sensitive to most things but this product doesn't give me any ill effects. It doesn't really taste like anything, either. Although I usually mix it with my electrolytes. Can 100% recommend.
