This Wiper Blade Will Change Your Life
First, just for a note of humor, Amazon shipped this 24" windshield wiper in a box that looked like it was designed for a large poster. And there was no packing material, just the windshield wiper banging around in a huge box. But it was undamaged, and when I stopped laughing, it slipped easily onto the one wiper arm of my '99 C280.Immediately upon installing the wiper, I sensed a change in the car. Suddenly, it seemed more powerful, and had more of a take-charge attitude. The exhaust note deepened noticeably, and pedestrians started flirting with me at intersections. People driving beater pickups suddenly started yielding to me. My fuel mileage improved too, to the point where I'm now getting about 45MPG in city driving. Amazing!!!!But that's not all. Toll-takers suddenly started letting me cross bridges and tunnels without paying. Policemen seemed completely oblivious to my car, despite my newly-found speed. And I may be hallucinating, but I could swear that the tread on the tires is getting thicker too. And that weird noise on startup? Completely gone now.Really, my experience makes me wish that my car had two wipers instead of one. Who knows how much better things could be?Oh yeah, and it does a pretty good job of getting water off the windshield too, without squeaking, chattering, or other annoying behavior.

A correctly curved design for the passenger side of a Mercedes C230 Kompressor Coupe
While I don't find that the overall performance of this blade is anything particularly exceptional, it is the only one that I am aware of that had the correct smile-like curve to it for my car. Yes, it is curved like all blades to make good contact with the glass, but it's also curved in the other axis. On a Mercedes C230 Kompressor Coupe, the passenger blade must be curved in this smile to allow it to sit down by the cowl. I had put an aftermarket Valeo Ultimate Beam blade on there, but since it's a straight blade design, I had to remove and re-position the entire wiper arm at the motor so that the blade wouldn't plow into the cowl in the center. The downside of that "fix" was that the windshield wiper sits higher (in your line of vision) when not in use. The Valeo Ultimate Beam blades also have a terrible, insecure locking mechanism. This blade locks in place much more securely, is mostly metal, and allows the blade to sit lower when not in use. This is the blade I will buy again when I need one.

Was excited but. . . .
Purchased these for a backup pair because they are similar to oem for my mustang cobra and was excited to install until I noticed they didn’t come with the adapters to clip onto the wiper arms. Any wiper you buy comes with a couple different style adapters in the packaging. Mine did not

Excellent wiper blade!
I live in Western Washington in an area where it rains about 72 inches a year on average. It is very wet here and my winshield wipers get a lot of use. I had a pair of these wipers on the care and they lasted about two years when they finally began to deteriorate. I have been very please with them. They never made irritating noises or left any streaks until they finally fell apart. I wasn't able to find these in a local store so I just replaced them with another brand that uses a single pressure point technology that didn't work well on my winshield. I only used them until I could get the Valeo blades shipped to my house then I immediately swapped them out. These blades are excellent! The work well and are a quality product that lasts. They are a great OEM replacement for my VW GTI (the driver side version 800-21-9 SWF comes with a wind deflector)! I have been very pleased with these blades.

Very good option away from BMW OEM blades
This is my second sets of SWF blades for my 2003 BMW 540i and I am pretty happy with them. Clean nice, very low noise and the price is quite attractive compare to the BMW dealers' blades. My friend has a 1997 BMW 528i and he took my first set of blades(about 2 years old) and put them on his BMW, still work great. One tip for everyone though, general monthly deep cleaning of the blade is highly recommended, it will help you see a lot better and helps the blade to last a lot longer.

It doesn't come with the plastics required to attach to the wiper arm
Excellent wipers, very good quality and ideal replacement for my L322 Range Rover. The only disappointment was the lack of the required hardware to attach them to the wiper arms. I had to purchase the plastics required for my Range Rover separately on Amazon for an additional $11.00
