This is not a complete bust but I do not recommend it for a couple of reasons. 1 for some reason windows does not recognize it as a usable device so do not plan on transferring files from your PC to the tablet or tablet to PC. 2 the screen is very soft plastic, there are screen protectors sent with it, once you take off the protective screen cover from the factory, immediately install the provided screen protectors for normal use. 3 they pre install antutu benchmark, this is used to compare to the leading devices available at the time, it runs the test and shows you that it is not as good as it should be given the advertised specs. This tablet seems to function fine in many respects but is not all it is supposed to be. That said, the price is not bad. It makes me nervous when I can't access it from a PC so one can never know what pre installed spyware may be lurking inside.

The title on the description stated that this was a Fire HD 10. When it arrived it was not. I thought no big deal, it looks nice and the screen is the size I wanted, and everything seemed to be fine with the tablet. That is until I tried to put in the Straight Talk sim card that I purchased for this tablet. The sim itself is activated but the tablet will not read it or even attempt to get a signal. I tried for over an hour and even tried different carrier being that I got the whole tablet kit and nothing works. I need the service to work on this tablet because I work with a special needs person that really loves using my old tablet for watching YouTube videos while we are out and about and finding a WIFI connection is not always easy. Today is 4/9/2019 and I am dropping it off for return tomorrow.

After getting another inexpensive tablet and sent it back, I got this one. It works well. Decent operation, all cores show, memory and storage is as advertised and is faster than the other tablet (a brand name) I got Dec. 2017. Like I said, a surprise.

Case was loose and some of the features don't work.I am trying to get a refund but it's not very easy I'm glad I got the insurance because it only worked for 3 months and the warranty was only good for 30 days.

I had problem with the headphone and Sim card ports. Android has no accessibility services installed and can’t be installed. The device run fast and has nice colors. Also, the hardware is heneric and available from many sellers with different Android systems. It is not cE certified.

Day one fast. Good sound volume aps loaded . Internet running, all good.Would like a leather cover that fits.

I have been using it for almost a month. It's great for surfing internet, playing games, watching movies and reading books. It's has the long battery life, high resolution, enough memory storage my apps and a great price. I love it so much. I use it every day carrying around to places. Uh I'd highly recommend.

The battery runs down pretty quickly but otherwise, it is a very good tablet.
