I am active and always sweating or moving. When I don't use the covers, I have lost monitors because they either peel off due to sweat or get caught on something and pull off.These covers prevent both from happening. They will usually last 4 to 5 days too. I am impressed.You can most certainly shower with them, but I would not scrub too hard. To make removal easier, I get a cotton swab/cotton ball and some alcohol.
