I was a little skeptical about this as this is the first time I am using a hair dye shampoo. I was worried about the chemical dyes in contact with my scalp and skin. The package do come with plastics gloves so I could use this right out of the box. The shampoo does work but I believe I have to leave this longer after shampooing. This will allow the dye to work deeper into my hair. When I initially use this, I only left it on for about 5 mins. Not all of the hair was dyed and some white hair was still there. I used this again in about 2 days only on the white hair part and also for 5 mins which worked better but some hair was still white. I think I will have to leave this longer on for about 10 mins or more the next time I try again. There was a little stinging feeling the first time I used this but the second time it was better. I am not sure if this is because of the amount used but i could not feel it on the second try. Overall the product works as it should.

I use regular shampoo everyday because I play sports a lot. So, one application of this dye a week works best for me. I've used it 3 times, so far. I found that using a brush applicator works best for guys who get a buzz cut regularly. It will eliminate the bleed over and target the edges and corners better. I like that it doesn't stain your scalp, as long as you don't leave it on for greater than 15-17 minutes. It looks natural as you can see your scalp through your colored hair. This is the most cost effective way to dye hair as other products only last me 2 uses. This bottle goes a long way. This is my new go to hair dye.

I recently purchased this Hair dye shampoo and here are my thoughts:- The packaging for the item is simple, but organized. Inside the box is the shampoo itself, as well as a single pair of gloves. No complaints here.My time with the product:- So after you prep the area for dying, (I recommend laying down a plastic sheet overtop near where you are applying dye), all you need to do is place on gloves, mix the shampoo throughout your hair, and wait a few minutes for the dye to take action. My problem with this specific dye is that as you are waiting for the dye to take action after applying, it turns this pale color, which actually worried me because all of the previous dye products that i've used before never did this.The product overall just feels cheap. It works for sure and my hair did end up darkening, but compared to even the $10 single use dye products from Walmart that i have used before don't feel as sketchy as this one.Overall, this product is ok. I would recommend this for ones who are looking for a cheap, continual use dye. For single use users, I would recommend a single use product instead.

I can't say how this compares price-wise to regular hair shampoos, but compared to beard dyes, this is SO MUCH CHEAPER than that certain brand "for men," and so much easier to use. There's just one hole in the pump, and as I figured, the bottle has two halves of the active ingredients. So when you pump, you get even amounts of both sides, without having to mix.After a day and two showers, the color is holding in my beard (which is not too gray but has some gray hairs). I brushed in a generous amount, and I was about five minutes in when I had a drink of water, some of which dripped down onto my chin. So just to make sure, I reapplied the shampoo and waited another 15 minutes before washing it out.It gives the typical feeling that I'm used to with all hair dyes. I'm not sure how to describe it, not something uncomfortable, but a little more than tingling.

This product made covering my mom's gray hair so easy! It blends beautifully without leaving stains on her scalp, and she loves that it lasts up to 2-3 weeks. No more frequent salon trips! The only downside is it can fade a bit faster with frequent washing.

Love this shampoo, very nice and soft on the hair, colors the stress grey hairs and doesn't bleed once rinsed out. It doesn't stain my hands and no strong smells. Don't expect it to dye your hair if your blond or have colored hair. But for strands of grey, it's works well without the blue-ish hue other dyes leave behind.
