I have tennis elbow which I have had over a year now. Nothing working for me so tried this. I have done gardening and been in pain so I put this on after and the pain seems to go away. I have even slept with it on and it is fine.

Not used a lot but seems to provide support and make a positive difference whilst playng golf & workung in garden. Quite thin but comfortable and easy to get use.

The fit is good and my elbow is feeling better with sleezes use and a combination of exercises

Not fit for purpose, it does nothing for tennis elbow! Would not recommend, not worth the money. It does fit comfortably but gives no support or alleviation of symptoms. Quality is good but would not waste my money again for this item.

Eased the pain slightly, but did feel awkward and tight

I had hurt my elbow sawing branches off a tree. I wore the sleeve throughout day and found it enabled me to function quite normally. It was especially helpful in my yoga class. I have now found that after a week's wear my arm is almost back to normal. Thank you!

Funda de Compresión de Cobre de Codo COPPER HEAL. Sufrí el problema del codo de tenista o epicondilitis y tuve que dejar de jugar durante un año (Tenis y Padel). Ahora he vuelto y además de seguir siempre los ejercicios del Osteopata me he comprado esta funda de compresión. A mi me ha ido muy bien y de momento después de 3 meses no tengo ninguna lesion. Satisfecha con la compra.

I have been wearing bulky elbow bands with Velcro. They sort of work but uncomfortable and after a day of wearing my arm would have indents in it. I cannot believe that a simple black sleeve can take away the pain to where I can brush my hair, brush my teeth, use the computer, walk my dog, and with no discomfort. I was very skeptical at first but now I am happy I bought this. I will look to see if they have ones for knees. I also bought wrist guards from the same company Copper Heal.
