I was able to use the key to unscrew the top and add prize balls and use 4 quarters to get prize to come out, but key does not work to open coin bank. The key started to bend it was so flimsy. The sides have a film on the plastic, but very scratched anyway. Cheap materials.

I am giving this 4 stars due to the lack of instructions for opening up the front to get the money out. It took a few people about an hour before we finally figured it out, so we figured we’d share the trick! First, you have to make sure to open up the top on the machine, then use the other key in the front lock and then lift the top of the machine in the front. You can then lower the panel in the front with the lock to access the money! It’s pretty easy once you’ve figured out the steps!

Had it for a while now. Paint chips easily. Token mechanism was not working well as others reported. Fixed fairly easily with WD 40 and tightening some screws and backing out others. Opening it to get to coins a real pain though since you have to basically lift the top . Thats a huge failure. Keys not well made and stick. Overall the material okay and not flimsy.

First of all there are no instructions. The top will not come off even after locking and unlocking it. I cannot figure out what the front lock is even locking as there is no tray to pull out the quarters. I didn't try the quarter knob since I couldn't figure out how to retrieve them if I did. Both keys feel like they are going to break off in the lock. There's literally no way to get this opened without breaking into it. I can't tell if the glass is suppose to be white or if it's a film that needs to come off

Bought this for an upcoming craft show and will be returning. It’s sturdy, and supposed to work right out of the box. I sat here for 30 minutes trying to get the knob to turn (with my two quarters in) and it doesn’t turn beyond the first quarter. Did not include instructions. It’s really unfortunate because it’s a great looking machine.

Love this little machine but I have not figured out how to get the knob to turn. And no idea how to contact anyone 😒
