I had an Initially, I had an issue with the Unit not powering on at all, unable to use and return window closed unfortunately. I was contacted though directly by the seller and offered a no questions asked refund, they stand by their product and corrected the issue which would give me confidence to purchase from them again.

too tight and not able to adjust to loosen. I bought to test out for other people - definitely spend the money on a better quality more flexible product. Unfortunately, I passed the return window and couldn't return it. Might work well for someone who is very thin to use after working out.
