This brace is fantastic, so much so that I ordered two. I threw out my back a few years ago, and any little twist or unintentional turn would cause reinjury. I ordered this brace, and it’s been a game changer. I wear it during exercise and now during work for extra support. More importantly, it serves as a constant reminder to move the core in unison to avoid reinjuring yourself. I wear it pretty much all day, as my job is pretty physical, and it’s very comfortable. You can adjust it how tight/much support you want. Machine washable. Can’t say enough great things. This brace is good quality and really helps your back!

Lowe lumbar support brace. Great for low back pain relief, especially if you are walking all day. The sizing is a little small, I would recommend going up one size since there is a tightening mechanism that you can tighten or loosen for more or less support. Also, wear a thin, lightweight shirt under the brace since it will make you a little on the warm side. Very easy to apply, does not restrict mobility, and provides consistent support throughout the day.

I have almost constant back pain due to multiple compression fractures in my spine and having fractured my pelvis a few years ago. This brace gives me a lot of extra support and pain relief just where I need it. I've had other braces in the past but none as comfortable and supportive as this. You can adjust it to fit your body size and shape as well. It worked so well for me that I ordered one for my husband as well. He also says it makes his back less painful. My doctor O.K.'d it also. I highly recommend this inexpensive but very supportive brace if you have back issues.Linneaann

This is an EXCELLENT brace. I’ve had other braces but they ride up or down and provide very limited support. This brace STAYS IN PLACE and does not roll up or down with movement. I have worn it while walking, sitting, bending, reaching, stretching, etc. and it stays in place. Great support. Strong. My back thanks the makers of this brace!

As I can see this back brace you sent is extraordinary and made with love and quality materialswith the most thoughtful design, I'd ever seen for a backbrace. I have to have an extender for this back brace because it's just needs a little more room for me. I need it to be just more than the 63 inches provided. But so you could say oh, if you needed to be 63 inches, be prepared to consider a backbrace extender which you can purchase separately, but you can say, this is versatility, because I am a grown man, and my wife also needs back support as a teacher. So she can wear the back brace and it will support her, too, and she won't swimming in it, and it won't slip down on her, like if they had made it a bit bigger, and it is the right size for her and many others. I can wear it with an extender so we can both get support from this one. Amazing backbrace, and we both need it. So we both really appreciate it. How very nice it is, and the design of the back brace is quite stellar.You can tell the time and caring that went into designing and making this, so thank you FreeToo, for making a great back brace. One of the things that I like specifically about this is that it has the Springs on the side, which is something that's not easy to find with a lumbar pad that is very large and generous. Well made well padded and one of the things. That's really nice about this. Is that it's soft on the inside. For somebody who's going to be wearing this against their skin. And they have soft and delicate skin. It's absolutely a requirement if you're going to be wearing it underneath your clothing for it to be.As soft as possible and so this is as durable as possible. Just as supportive as possible and the supportive underneath the padding. Those stays that hold everything in place and support. Things from underneath those are positioned, just right. They are high quality, They're insulated well from any discomforts and provide support.

I ordered XL and then decided to order XXL. The XXL is a good fit and provides wonderful lumbar support and reduces my back pain when I cough. I like that the material is breathable and it can be worn inside or outside your clothing

I purchased this for my lower back pain, the quality is great well made, it feels really comfortable on my back. The design is good, for the ease of the pain I cannot say as yet as I have just started using it today is day 2. However I can say that when I am wearing this brace it's very comfortable. I noticed that someone reviewed that it's not good for a person who is doing a sitting job because it shifts. I think that maybe that person did not put it on correctly. My job is sitting and I wore it all day at work and I was extremely comfortable. I will update on ease of pain later.
