First of all I have to say straight up that YES, this DOES come with a full version of Win 11 Pro pre-installed. Nowhere is this mentioned and I was nervous about that. But it's there, and fully registered and legit. I can't believe how small this is! In short; this isn't meant for hardcore gamers. The speeds are fantastic for my graphics work with Photoshop and my video editing tools, and with general web and videos. I ran Speccy on this and keep a close eye on the temperatures inside, which I thought would be a concern, but no worries with that at all. It has a large single fan on the bottom that's quiet and kicks in only when it needs to cool down a bit. Believe me, I've pushed this little thing hard and it was pushing the heat, but with the large fan and the exit air ports on the right side, this handle all of that very well. I'm impressed! I'm also impressed with all the connectivity this has with USB A and USB C ports. Another review mentioned that the USB C didn't have video capabilities, but that's not true. In one of my photos you can see I easily connected an external panel to the USB C port, and Windows allows me to use it as an extension, or mirror, of my desktop. Perfect! I highly recommend this PC!! I'm using it right now and it's now my main workhorse for everything I do. Photoshop, video editing, web design and online sales. I have two printer, 3 external drives, my iPhone, a large monitor and a wireless mouse and keyboard all hooked up to it , as well as a direct network connections... and it's all just humming along. I used this Beautiful Tiny PC for about a month. I encountered a bios issue 3 to 4 times whenever there is a power trip off/sudden power disconnection while PC is on, it will not boot again. Instead, it is going to troubleshot on its own and taking to reset everything screen. At first it looks like Black screen death of PC but there must be a bios update for these kind of issues. Why should a boot partition can not be reached/interpreted for safe rebooting ? After 2 or 3 times rebooting with safe mode and by using recovery attempts, it starts rebooting normally and working normally. This scared me off at first and suspected mother board or bios related chipset HW issues. But after these sporadic failures, it is working normally. So I gambled to keep the PC on crossing return window deliberately. Barring the above major BIOS issue, this Tiny PC is excellent and I loved the quality and performance very much. Running cool, after loading lot of applications/games and using multiple screens, it is absolute marvelous craftmanship in a tiny package. We depend on many products those are entirely or partly made in countries like China. And we need to learn to give credit where it can go too. This PC is a masterpiece and Kudos go to makers. I will try to get it fixed by reaching support folks at some point as I am not scary of boot failure hat much immediately. And myself as software technician, I can get this fixed soon. I will see and may update after an year but can not stop giving 100% rating since I love to work this very powerful yet tiny masterpiece for the price.

Very fast computer, very easy to setup. Updating windows 11 pro was extreamly easy (Computer comes preinstalled windows 11 pro) however they didn't provide the windows product key, I have requested from the seller, hopefully they will provide it. Settings the computer was easy following the provided instructions, however to my surprise they didn't include the phone number or the email to their tech support. Computer fan works very well, moves lots of air to keep the processor cool, however the noise level is louder than I expected. I added external speakers by connecting to the headphone jack in the front of the computer, however I hear static noise (not good) I have to find a way to eliminate the annoying static noise. Overall I'm happy with the computer, the only thing concerning is they stated that computer comes with over 50% recycled materials (meaning that hard drive, memory rams, cooling fan could be used material.

I have been buying these computer for our shop work stations and field trailers. Basically for areas that experience high amounts of dirt, dust and abuse, thinking that if/when they die, they are cheaper to replace. None have died! They all work really good, remain fast and responsive, and do exactly what we purchased them to do. I would buy these for gaming, but for basic office and web based tasks, these are amazing.

This was a great little PC for the short time I had it, it was stolen 3 days after I got it. Only used it twice but it was fast easy to setup wish I could have used it more before someone decided to take it.

I received and it is extremely quality while remaining extremely sleek. After downloading a few things over wireless internet im satisfied with its ability to keep up with my WiFi 6 router - which was a main point for me and I was impressed. I’ve ran a few things and tried a couple devices while running all of it. I’ve yet to see a single drop in performance or quality of image. Stable connection without a cable when paired with the new router aswell. Which is something my older pc gives me trouble on.

I’ve only had the H2 i9 14500 a few days and already the extended screen/ monitor has started to flicker. Making it look like a bad video port. I hooked up 2 low voltage portable monitors. HDMI work and Display work ok until 1 hour of use. Then both screen start to flicker. And the USBC port doesn’t support bidirectional video/pd out as described. You can place a usbc to hdmi adapter to a powered monitor. But, after an hour of use… starts to flicker all screens as if it is overheating. Not good. Also, fan spins up only using 1 virtual machine. Or a simple download. Not good It’s slow loading 1 applications (web) and 1 virtual machines for all the hype- save and get a more reputable brand. However, it does support dual boot. But, screens still flicker after one hour of use. Not good. My Think center M920 gen 2 has no issues with multiple screens (. 3). Maybe it’s a bad machine. Dunno. Update: Wow! Im impressed! Kamrui got back to me about the issue of flickering video. They send the troubleshooting bullet points. After following the list. The machne is still having a hard time (running) . Immediately Kamrui reseller agreed to sending a replacement to keep me working. Im very impressed at this level of Customer Service! The Customer Service Rep that worked with me ensured I received top tier service! First thing I receive the replacement I will upgrade to 4 starts. Let’s see if they follow through. Update: I received the replacement PC! Everything works faster. Boots faster. Works great! This Kamrui reseller is above and beyond in Customer Support and Helpdesk Escalation! Perfect but you will need some cables and a little knowledge. Linking my old computer required that I buy Laplink software. It comes with HDMI cables but I needed DPI to link to my current monitor. The machine is VERY fast. I'm not only impressed with it's size but the startup time due to the SSI Drive is lighting fast. Startup from OFF is just seconds instead of minutes. No more sitting around waiting for the OS to load. Programs that used to take 5 minutes to organize and start now take seconds. SO IMPRESSIVE. I see all these $2000 and up computers with HUGE empty boxes filled with FANS and LIGHTS. WHY? I have a 6 inch square computer that disappears on my desk top. LOVE IT!!! My only complaint might be the lack of startup instructions. I'm a techie so It didn't slow me down.
