The retention white tape works. The instructions are vague but the tape goes on just under the pemis head. The tube lenght on the bag is too long even if the bag is secured below the knee. Not sure if the white connector can be pulled off and reused after cutting the hose to length. Overall the set up works great. I used it over night and all dat.
