I’ve tried at least 8 ear hole pillows over the years and so far this is my favorite one. The ear holes are in a good position for me. My ears settle into them without having to move my head around to locate the holes. I have fairly large ears so the holes could be a bit larger for me. The foam feels soft but provides plenty of support. The silk case is nice but I actually prefer sleeping on the other case as it doesn’t slide around on the bed as easily. All of the materials seem to be of good quality. As noted elsewhere, the seller’s customer service is excellent.

I have tried multiple ear pillows, and this is by far my favorite. It’s big enough to be my only pillow, and is a perfect height for my neck (I use it with the additional insert that comes with it). It’s firm enough that I don’t sink uncomfortably or have to use it on top of my normal pillow, but still soft enough that it’s soothing - doesn’t feel like a brick or board. I got three new piercings recently (mid helix and upper helix) and this makes it super comfortable to still sleep on that side…which is the primary side I sleep on! I never wake up with a sore neck or ear. The customer service is fantastic as well. I emailed about an additional pillowcase and they responded a day later (over the weekend, no less)! Lastly, the pillow didn’t have a strong chemical smell like some others I’ve tried. I was able to open it up and use it the same night. Big fan!!!! I will likely keep using this even after my piercings heal…I like it that much.

I have sensitive ears and sleeping on them is usually painful. This pillow is the best I have tried because the ear holes are roomy and the fitted satin pillowcase allows total freedom from pressure. I also clench my jaw while sleeping, and the conures of this pillow support it so I can relax and not wake up with tight muscles. And lastly, there is a "shelf" that allows my shoulder to tuck under while fully supporting my neck, so no more morning neck aches. I have been very happy with this pillow as it addresses all my head and neck related issues, supporting a good night's sleep. =)

This pillow is a perfect height for comfortable sleeping. The ear openings are a good size. The cover is smooth on the skin. I had another brand of pillow but this is better. I had a question about the pillow and emailed their support site and got a response immediately from Max. Their customer service is over the top. Their product is great and they care about their customers! Give them a try!

I bought the pillow because I have injuries preventing me from sleeping on my back and left side which caused pressure on my right ear. I tried a different cheaper pillow and it wasn't good so I looked into something with better quality. I like the satin pillow case and the extra insert it comes with. It has helped with my ear pain so far. My neck is still adjusting to the change but I will stick with it. I received an extra pillowcase as well. Thank you!

I got this pillow after a recommendation from my dermatologist. I have CNH on my left ear which is fairly severe. Every night, I spent the night waking every time I lay on my right side because of the pain from the CNH. I got the NextSleep pillow after my doctor recommended it (she used one during her pregnancy and found it very helpful in preventing ear pain she was experiencing). It came two days ago, and I have now used it two nights. The first night, sleep was a little interrupted with me trying to make sure my ears were properly placed so as to prevent pressure. Last night, I had a great night’s sleep! I was so comfortable on the pillow (it’s short for me because I have very broad shoulders and sleep on a very firm, thick pillow, so I have a short pillow under the NextSleep pillow to give it enough depth), my ears fit into the holes perfectly when I turned from side to side, and my CNH ear never hurt at all! It seems like getting the pressure off it is even making it feel better in the daytime. I’m so relieved to have found something that is going to help my ear heal and prevent further damage.

Pillow was too dense for me but good to have the holes. I’m used to down and feather pillows and I’m not loving this one so far.
