Basic device in a basic design but certainly helped with acute back pain!Have much needed additional support as I was recovering - wore whilst sitting at a desk and doing tasks around the house for about 2 weeks. Didn’t size it amazingly well so just wore it over my clothes - if you need to maintain a sleeker line then pay more attention to measuring etc. Should be useful long term if you have chronic issues too.

I like and I use it for a back pain relief. Excellent performance.

Good support from this, but it keeps riding up. For me, to get it in the correct position meant that it was actually digging into the lower part of my ribs, which was far from comfortable. Was sent the wrong colour, but that wasn't a major issue as it's not seen through clothing. I've now found a less intrusive belt that does the same job.

I’ve been struggling with a bad back for over a month so decided to give this a go after carefully checking the reviews and it was definitely worth the money! I wore it to work today and I managed a whole day without any pain! If your suffer with Sciatica and a weak back I would 100% recommend

Good support for lower back...only negative is the plastic support ribbing bars inside, can come out, during use, but belt can still be used !

I love this back brace. It has been a literal lifesaver with my herniated discs. It has allowed me to recover and be able to walk. It’s very supportive and allows lots of room for adjustment. I’m a plus size girl and I found it to be very comfy for my curves and it would fit someone smaller or larger than me as well!I highly recommend this back brace!
