Worth getting for counting steps & NOT sharing all your personal data w Google!
My husband & I were looking for a step tracker for me. I have a FitBit Inspire 3. It worked with the FitBit app, so someone else had access to my most personal information. Next, Google took over, so they got access to all of my most personal information. To me, that's just wrong. I didn't want that. Another thing is that I bought a pool so that we could get extra exercise in each day. With the FitBit, I find it a huge pain in the tush to have to put it in swim mode to make it waterproof, especially since the stats show it's water-resistant up to 50 meters (164 feet). My life is SO much easier because I don't even have to ever worry about if my Hearkent Watch is protected from the water. I can just go out to the pool & walk right in! What a horrible pain it was with the FitBit, but now I am thrilled with this. I mean with Waterproof, it should just be protected! This watch has a big face with very good size, large display which I just love! I don't have to use my glasses or squint to see any of the numbers. The light makes it easy to see, even in bed at night--without the bright white that's so irritating & could disturb my husband's sleep. I really like what the strap is made of, too. Itโs a nylon strap thatโs super comfortable, breathable, & elastic. I go in the pool for hours, get out & am never aware that itโs wet, no dripping, nothing. It feels very comfortable & is especially easy to adjust the strap for my wrist. Not only that, but I really love how the strap opens/releases & closes! It's SO easy, much more than the FitBit that I had to put strap end into the buckle end. It doesn't sound hard, but if you're in a hurry, tired, or distracted, it can take a couple tries. This watchband is just so much easier to use! I really appreciate this band & the person who decided to use this style! โค๏ธ Another thing I love is the battery! It has a regular battery cell that you don't have to charge once a week! YIPEE! All you have to do is change the cell once a year. Color me happy! I think the watch & band are very durable, too. As a matter of fact, I had to get a new band for my FitBit because the small keeper the tip of the band went into, tore from use over time. This band seems especially strong & durable, which I really appreciate! The time is very accurate, and I have worn the FitBit on the same wrist to compare the steps, and it does a good job counting steps. I thought I wasn't going to because of the 10-second counting rule. In truth, if I could change that one feature, I would. I'll be 70 at the end of the summer & I have bad knees. My goal is to move & get as much movement in as I can, because I'm not supposed to do a lot of walking, like distances, so I have to make due with movement (my exercise bike, my rowing machine, cardio exercises basically in place, etc). I want & need my movement counted from even in-place exercises. FitBit did not do that, but this watch does seem to count more, for which I am very grateful! It does have a function for a stopwatch, countdown, alarm, & hourly chime. The only thing I do wish is that the team would make it possible for the hourly chime only to go off in the daytime hours & not through the middle of the night because I would use it as a reminder to move. That said, I like this pedometer watch from Hearkent so much, I'm going to get another. I love all of the color choices. I do wish Hearkent would offer one with the actual watch in gold for dressier occasions.

Nice pedometer/watch
Simple and straightforward. Love the easy to see time and steps. Looks nice and easy to slip on and off with the band.

Comfortable
This watch is comfortable. I have had it and used it along with another pedometer and also on a treadmill. It tacks steps accurately, if your watch hand is moving with each step. If you ate holding a phone, cup of coffee, or anything else that requires you not to move your hand, steps are not counted. The distance is inaccurate even with inputting hight during set up. It was over 1.5 miles off in a 2 hour walk. While running it increases inaccuracies due to not accounting increases in stride. I haven't had it long enough to comment on battery length, but it was easy to set up, adjust, and remove band for cleaning after a hard workout. I like a smaller watch and this is perfect for everyday use.

I LOVE this watch!
I LOVE this watch! Don't listen to the nay sayers, this watch is a gem! It resets itself every morning, tells me how many steps I took, how many miles I walked, how many calories I burned, the time and day and it's water proof! I never knew how many miles I walked in a day cleaning house and walking the dog, but it's over over 6 miles a day! ๐ Just buy it! ๐ฅฐ

Big Crack on Inside of Clock Face Barely a Month After Purchase
I have had this watch for a little over a month (the return window is unfortunately closed now). The glass on the watch face has a big crack in it from the inside. I don't do anything wild and crazy so I'm not sure how that happened. It still works, but I have never had a watch crack like that. Since i can't return it I will keep using it, but it's annoying and I would expect more for what I paid. I have had cheap $10 watches that lasted longer and went through more. Like others have mentioned, the pedometer is very inaccurate. It takes longer than 10 seconds of movement for it to start kicking in. So if you really care about your step count, look elsewhere. Finding the right band adjustment is tedious and even after a few days of what feels good it starts to slip around. So not my favourite band. It is pretty easy to use and the size of the face is alright, but that's about all the redemption I can give it.

Great watch for a great price.
I almost did not purchase this watch based on some of the reviews. This watch is a great quality watch for the price. Some of the reviews said the pedometer tracking was not very good. I found that it was really close to my Fitbit. Even my Fitbit isnโt 100% accurate. Some mornings I wake up and it already reads that I have over 300 steps. I highly recommend this watch. My only advice would be that you tighten/pull the band slowly to fit your wrist. I pulled mine a little too much, but I was able to adjust it enough to make it comfortable, but I recommend tightening it slowly.

Wonderful watch, terrible pedometer
I wanted a watch / pedometer that didn't require an app. I just want to know how many steps I've done, and the time / date. I'd so hoped that this was the solution. Pro's: it works on a regular watch-type battery; though the face is large, it still fits a small wrist fine; very readable; NO APP! Con's: the step tracker. It doesn't read stair machines AT ALL. It mostly doesn't read steps taken with a shopping cart (although to be fair, it doesn't claim to do either of those). Sometimes it reads treadmills steps, sometimes it doesn't. It will only record ANY steps on a treadmill if you have the watch in your pocket and not on your wrist. However, with the watch in my pocket, I did 3 miles on a treadmill two days in a row - one day it recorded 2800 steps, the other recorded 8000. I still can't figure out why the difference. I've included a different picture here with my app-pedometer and watch-pedometer. They came out with about 2000 steps difference. Why? On the other hand, if you go for a hike, it seems to be pretty accurate. In the end, I decided to keep it because I really like the watch. Five stars for the watch. But if you want an accurate step counter, don't count on this one. One star for the pedometer.

This pedometer is just what I hoped it would be. I can always read it easily and has just the imformation I wanted. Also love , love, love it doesnโt need to be recharged all the time ๐.

No fancy gadgets - just a reliable watch
Very happy with the purchase of this watch. Order was fulfilled quickly and item was as described. I was tired of watches that beep when they need charging, need a downloaded app in order to make changes, tell me that I have not had enough sleep or that I am not drinking enough water. This watch fits the bill for me - it accurately displays the time and date and provides me with the number of steps I have achieved on a daily basis. Once the elastic strap is adjusted it is easy to put the watch on and off. The watch is secure but comfortable.

Does the job!
Used it for a week now and I love it. Seem to count ok. I don't care if it's off of 50 or 100 steps (if it's the case I don't know I didn't count every step myself) I just want to know approximately how many steps I take cause I just learned that if you walk at least 7000 steps a day, there's good benefits to your body. So yeah, it does the job for that. Plus it's kinda good looking, comfy and easy to use. (Well explained in the pamphlet)

Exactly what I wanted!
This watch is exactly what I wanted. All I need is to track steps and it tracks them perfectly. It is a nice looking watch as well. I have extremely small wrists and I was afraid it wouldn't adjust small enough but it does. It took me alittle while to figure out the settings but once you get the hang of it it is pretty simple!

Pedometer does not work
Pedometer does not work properly. I spent all day driving and it recorded over 12,000 steps.
