Really pleased with this product. I just needed something to fill in the gaps, as I am high dosing some other B vitamin, and its important to get the full spectrum when you do that. Tablets dissolve easily in your mouth, so if you are a compulsive neurotic who complains about capsule sizes, you will really like this. If you are sensitive to methylated Folate, as I am, no worries...the B9 is not methylated. And if you ARE taking methylated B9/B12, then this is a good low dose add on for you, because all the B's work together...don't just binge on the B9/B12. Also note that the B12 in this formula IS methylated, so it possible to have a sensitivity to that as well, but its less common than methylated B9. Love the price, ease of ingestion, and the lower potency...because in the end, you end up pissing all your high dose multi B vitamins down the toilet anyway. Low dose allows for incremental experimentation. And the price allows me to put in on auto buy. All things considered (and Im a nutrition research junkie) I highly recommend this one.

Good deal 2 for the price of 1

I've been taking these B-Complex vitamins for a while, and the Amazon Elements brand tends to be a good budget-friendly choice. The capsules are tasteless and have no smell, and the list of B-related vitamins looks to be pretty comprehensive. After my doctor recommended I add vitamin supplements to my diet, I've found that in general I feel better and have more energy. Absorption is good, although I generally prefer to take these capsules right before a meal to make it easier on my GI tract. My only critique is that the price bounces around quite a bit from "extremely good value" to "hmm...", and that's with me getting these on a subscription plan here. For the future, I might watch for lower or sale prices, then just stock up.

Wonderful product

I take this with all my other supplements and it’s fine. It’s only day 1, but I feel 15 years younger. The need for a B complex in perimenopause is true.

Ever since I started to take this, I've had problems with it not going down my throat without feeling like I've eaten something without chewing enough first. I suspect whatever coats the capsule dissolves before it gets do its destination, because I take a similar size capsule of turmeric with no issues. I've had no actual stomach issues, just intense pain in my chest area until I drink enough or eat something to push it down.

Im glad amazon brand has a reasonably priced b. Vitamins! I like the capsukes! Seems good quality.
