Love these. Sincerely doubt the accuracy of the upper end of the claim, but there is no doubt that that they increase grip strength. I use them when walking almost daily. Difference between my grip strength and grip strength after 6 months of use is very good.

Great for Grip Strength and Unexpected Stress Relief
These actually work really well for improving grip strength, and for the price they are a solid buy. The resistance feels consistent, and they are comfortable enough to use while watching TV, sitting at a desk, or pretending you are training for an arm wrestling championship nobody asked you to enter. The build quality seems good, and having two in the pack is a nice bonus. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is because after a while your forearms may feel like you accidentally challenged a gorilla to a handshake contest. Other than that, they do exactly what they are supposed to do and are a fun little workout tool to keep around.

Strength grippers
Had hand reconstruction surgery done and was told part of my therapy was these grippers to retain my strength in the hand. It has worked tremendously. I am just shy of one year post surgery and still building my use of hand.

Works better than older ones.
Love these. Have had the older design, which was painful. These are much more comfortable to use and I love the adjustability. The new design is great, and these are pretty well made versions of. The counters of the end aren't great, don't work regularly. But, that parts extra. You choose if it's important.

I tried to do the strengt at the bottom and return but my husband show me that was wrong the strenght is made in the upper bottom and work great

Great & cute
These are great, love that I can change the strength as I have a wrist injury and need to regain my strength. Love that they are pink makes me want to use them even more
