This is a nice induction cooker.
The Nuwave Pro Chef is my first introduction using induction cooking. I have used it a few dozen times now. I like the precise temperature control, and 3 wattage outputs. It is very easy and fast to clean after cooking. Some complain about the loud cooling fan when cooking. I can hear the fan, but it is not that bad at all. I am getting ready to order a mid size induction compatible (old school) coffee percolator to use this winter on cold mornings. Using induction to slow percolate the coffee, and then lower the temperature to use the induction as a warmer. Keep it fun! I do recommend the Pro Chef.

Fantastic purchase.
Unsure what the difference is between this and its higher price twin, I own both and can't tell a difference. Makes cooking quick and easy, heats up skillets far faster than the gas stove does. I had a large excess computer bag which I use as the carrying a carrying case. The main purpose of the gas stove is now for emergency backup. Cast iron works great on it as does cast steel. Pots for induction tops are far more common than they use to be.

Adjustable wattage settings and 575-degree searing temperature
I heated a 12" cast iron pan to 475 in a reasonable amount of time using the 900W setting. I plan on using this for my overlanding build since I had issues with a gas stove in windy condition. So far everything works in the short tests that I've performed. Can't wait to make a full mean at camp soon. The controls are easy to read, and the unit is compact enough for easy stowing for camping. the 8-inch burner means I can heat larger cooking vessels quickly and evenly. The heating area heats up a cast iron a lot better than expected. I'm impressed so far.

Feels substantial and long lasting
I like having added this item to my kitchen. We used it to temporarily replace our stovetop. Based on how heavy duty it feels, I believe it will be in our kitchen for a long time.

Fast, Reliable, and Easy to Clean
I recently bought this electric stove and used it for a large party. It heats up super fast, making it perfect for searing chicken, sautéing vegetables, and cooking marinated shrimp. The temperature control is precise, contrary to some reviews, and I didn’t notice any issues with comfort or usability. Cleaning is a breeze. So far, it’s been convenient, efficient, and reliable—I highly recommend it!

Budget Induction is finally ready for prime time.
Tried induction a couple years ago. HATED IT. Thought Id give the new tech a try as it has temp mode not just a bollocks 1-10 scale. Massive improvement. Even if you are the type who can burn water this is the model for you. SS, (seasoned) 3mm thick carbon steel, alu w/ ss bottom, it works with all three. 8inch, 10, 12inch? It really doesnt care all that much. Just set to 900 watt mode, set temp to 'med' 275F (or 300 for SS) wait 2 or 3 minutes, little dab of butter, add your eggs... bam. No effort, perfect crispy fried eggs with zero stick. Then set to 1500w mode, temp to 300 wait a minute... add your bacon. No spitting. Just crispy bacon! Love this little guy.
