All of our food is low grade. This flour is like clouds. So smooth. So soft. So good! No allergic reactions.

This is wonderful flour. I have now made a number of kinds of pasta with it, mixing it with Bob's Red Mill semolina flour and King Arthur Flour's durham flour (which is like a whole wheat version of semolina- both are from durham wheat....semolina is made from the endosperm of the wheat whereas the flour is a fine grind made with the outer parts of the wheat as well). I have also used this 00 flour in a bread or two. It is like the all purpose flour that we are all used to using, but it's a very fine grind, making it perfect for rolled or extruded pasta making. And it's certified organic !

I bought this to make Gnocchi and I wanted organic. It fits the bill!

I sometimes bake cookies and small cakes using all-purpose-flour (King Arthur)but time to time, my cakes or bread would come out really chewy.I then saw one recipe saying that it needs soft flour and I was like, "what is soft flour?"then realized it's the flour with less gluten, more suitable for cakes and crispy cookies.I wish I figured this out earlier cause today I baked a matcha pound cake using a random recipe onlineand wow the texture is exactly like the ones sold at bakeries.So light, soft, fluffy on the inside (what cake should feel like) and crunchy (not hard but light crunches) on the outer layer.I was so impressed and surprised by the difference it made.Although I wish the price was lower here on Amazon but then again, most food (and some items) are more expensive online since the prices include shipping.Besides the price, there's really nothing else to complain about.I love how it's all organic with no use of pesticides, GMO. I highly recommend this brand for making cakes and cookies!

Love the product because I’m gluten intolerant and this did not hurt. Makes great bread and wish there was a two pack of this.

Simply simple to use for pizza dough. Takes minimum one hour if you want, but better to invest kneading time, imo. Did not have success making gravy, but that's on me not the product. Pricey.

Great flavor. Made great tortillas!

I am very impressed at the high quality of this product. I will keep buying it!
