I’ve only had it for one night so that’s the reason I didn’t give it all five stars. My outside kitty absolutely loves it!

What impresses me about this kitty house is its great design. I was thinking I was going to have to waste time building it as it is made from wood. Nope! It’s plug and play! You unfold the strong cloth-covered sides (all attached by the fabric), insert the wooden cloth-covered base and the soft pad. Sturdy feet screw into plates and attach to the bottom quickly. The holes are solid metal. Extremely sturdy. The heat pad cord slides through a hole. The whole thing is very strong. Time will tell if the heat pad lasts, but you can always replace that.I have two kitties who are adjusting to our new screened-in porch and the “catio” has suddenly turned cold for fall. Tuxie likes warmth. So we’ll see how they like this new house. I like the split clear flaps and two-sided doorways, good for monitoring the chipmunk invasions. Also sometimes we get a “stranger” in our yard, and now I feel I have a place to offer him or her if the weather gets really bad this winter (in that case I will order a new one for my Duo.) Good value.

Nice easy to put together cat house. Assembly was easy and took about five minutes to put together. Roof Velcro's on and is easy to take on and off when cleaning the inside. The pad heats up to a nice comfortable temperature for the cold weather outside. My outdoor kitties absolutely love this and are quite content to lounge in it most of the day when the weather is very cold out. Easy to clean and stays nice and dry. I like that it is elevated, and I do not have to worry about water pooling on the bottom. Overall great outdoor shelter!

Got this house for an elderly community cat outside a local community center now that it's starting to get colder at night. The house is easy to set up, made a cozy materials, and looks like a warm/inviting winter home for the little guy. To be seen how much he uses it, but fingers crossed it'll keep him safe during the winter months. For the price, I'm extremely happy with this well-made cat house.

This is easy to assemble and made of a solid wood base with wood standoffs to keep rain out, it has front and rear doors and is water proof, good size for most cats, soft bed and heater pad, the roof uses Velcro to attach to main house for easy removal for cleaning etc. it has a nice long cord for the heating pad also.

The only thing that was hard about putting this house together was screwing the feet on the bottom. It is built and made of quality materials and seems rather durable and weatherproof. It does have a very nice electric heating pad that is self-regulating so not to get too hot and won't allow your animal to drop off too cold. We have multiple cats indoor and out, and all of them have approved this house.
