I really didn't want to be impressed by this and fully expected it to be a gimmick...but it wasn't. It actually works well. That said, do yourself a favor and do not use the included otoscope...or any otoscope for that matter. The water cleaner works fine and if you need more done, please go to a doctor. If you mess up with the otoscope, you run the risk of permanent damage to your eardrum.The Good:* Works surprisingly well, although the pictures in the ad are misleading. The water that comes back out is not going to look that or be tan in color. Maybe some flakes but no, not "beer" colored* Multiple tips make it easy to keep sanitized* The battery lasts a long time on a single charge. Much longer than I had expected* Well constructed and feels like it will last a good while as long as it's not abusedThe Meh:* Nothing Meh, but read the opening and the bad belowThe Bad:* I wish it hadn't included the otoscope (camera). While the picture is great, you really shouldn't use these in your ear. The water is fine, but the otoscope presents a huge risk to damaging your eardrum and causing permanent hearing loss. Please don't use the otoscope.The Verdict:I'm taking a star away for the inclusion and suggested use of the otoscope. If you need that much detail or additional help, go to a doctor and have them clean your ears.The water cleaner though, is very effective and easy to use. It's gentle, and does make a difference. I do recommend it, although the price does feel a bit excessive ($89.99 at the time of review). I haven't really price-matched these though and I'm not going to ding them on price for that alone, because it really is a solid little unit.Definitely recommend, just don't use the otoscope, please.

I am very satisfied with the irrigation that I purchased. It works great. Also, the extra components are also a plus.

I did not personally like the water cleaning but my kids didn't seem to mind. I'm not sure how well of a job it did though. I ordered this mainly for the camera scope option which I still haven't gotten to work. The app is not linking and won't allow me to even begin the set up. Being that this was my main focus, I'm very disappointed it that. However, it very well could be some sort of user error, though I'm not sure how.

I have never used a tool like this so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to operate. The ear cup fit nicely and I stayed dry thru the whole procedure-my biggest fear was it was going to drip/leak and me and my bathroom would be soaked lol. I was unable to get the otoscope to connect, which is probably for the best because it’s really not a tool people should use at home. The unit also came with a sturdy zippered case to hold the tool and all the attachments which is a nice addition. If you’ve never used a tool like this definitely start on the lowest setting (soft on this machine). The initial sensation is hard to describe but intense is one word that applies.

This ear cleaning kit works great! I've used other products before, but none have worked as well as this one. It's very easy to use and very gentle. And I love the camera because I can use that in other areas such as my mouth to look at my teeth. This is an excellent kit, and I highly recommend it!

Nice and sleek ear wax cleaner. Works great. I do not use the camera but it is an option. I just use the ear blaster which cleans out some of that stuck on wax. Has a nice water power levels that aren’t painful, a 360 angle camera view, HD display and has WiFi hookup. You can check your ears, mouth, teeth and nose. Even have a closer look at your scalp. Really like the ear style and cover as well as the double water container for clean and dirty water. I like how it less water everywhere. Included are other ear tools along with a tiny miniature cleaning brush. Overall it works

I've had some ear cleaners in the past, but handheld ones. This one is much better. The handle / part that goes to your ear works great. It injects water to clean the ears, and then it catches and drains into the collection tub. Very easy to use! The wax removal tool is pretty cool too. It works really well actually. Can see on the phone app exactly what is going on inside the ears, and clean them too with the tools tips. Very nice ear cleaning kit!
