Last year I decided to buy these gummies for my hairs. I have long hairs...about 20 inches long. I started having serious hairfall. I got ad about this. So I ordered 30 day box. In those 30 days my hairs became silky, strong and thick. It tasted like sucking on pudding with no sweetness. Was quite easy to bite through it. Easier than chewing cottage cheese. They are about 1 cm big with fluffiness.

Since it is a multivitamin we cannot see the result because the results are quite slow but still I will say as per the nutrition label the quality of product is really good and taste is also really good quite sweeter without any sugar but still it is usable for this price this is the best product suggestion I can give
