Santa Cruz ORGANIC100% Pure Lemon Juice, 16 Ounces

Food additives are making good health hard to achieve. I finally divorced so-called lemon juice from the box-store, which is just a bitter juice of rinds & preservatives. I love lemon juice with my iced tea, on my salads & when cooking; also pretty good in beer on a hot day. I learned about Santa Cruz after a web search for sulfite-free lemon juice. It tends to sell out quickly, but Whole Foods seems to keep a good stock; I'm grateful as I hate shopping. I want to buy in bulk infrequently. This juice is great! Taste is real, sweetish lemons with NO bitter rind taste. Perfect! My headaches are gone & my sinus congestion greatly reduced. Sulfite-free forever!

I tried this product after being unable to find anything other than lemon juice concentrates with preservatives in my local stores. If you're reading this review, you may have a similar desire to avoid those little yellow lemon juice balls that are so common. I wanted to start incorporating more alkaline foods into my diet to balance it out. I was so happy with the Santa Cruz lemon juice that I placed a larger order a few days ago so that I wouldn't run out. Here are my thoughts on it:Pros:- Organic (no "cides" - pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, etc.)- One ingredient and that's it (no preservatives like sodium benzoate or sodium sulfite)- Alkaline/acidic for a nice balance to many Basic diets- NOT from concentrate- Great taste; not too weak or strong - just right- Glass bottle (no BPA)- Packaged very securely during shipping- Shipping was fast (and free as of this writing from Vitacost, despite having less than $25)Cons:- Pasteurized (this does not bother me, but some may find it as a negative)- Pouring from a glass mouth is more prone to spilling/dripping than other containers (this is extremely minor, but it's difficult to find much wrong with this product)I hope this helps your purchase decision - cheers!

This is the only truly organic and 100% natural lemon juice on the market. It’s the only one with no additives. I’m a loyal purchaser.

This bottle of organic lemon juice is great. I have kept it in my frig door for over 6 months and it is still fresh enough to drink as lemonaide.

I really liked this product after trying it a few times. Makes a tasty lemon aid if added to apple juice or white grape juice. Also good with coconut water.Good for helping with digestion if you take some about 30 to 60 minutes before a meal. Also good for getting your stomach working after fasting for 24 hours or more, so you don't get sick after your first meal. And an alternative to coffee if you want to get things "moving" in the morning.A very healthy and tasty well made product useful for a number of purposes. 5 Stars. And I loved the lemon aid I was able to make with this by mixing it with other fruit juices. (I think a lot of kids would love that.)

This is a great lemon juice, and it seems "real" as opposed to other brands of lemon juice that don't actually taste like real lemon juice. The only reason this did not get five stars is that I found the same brand later at my local grocery, and it was about 20% less expensive than what I paid here.

This is by far the best tasting lemon juice ever! We have been using it for years and won’t get anything else.

This is one of the best flavors & purest quality lemon juices on the market. I use it for a variety things, including to marinate fish & meat before cooking, I use it to alkaline my water, I use it with honey to support my immune system, I use it to make natural juices for me & my grand child also I use a few drops in my hot herb tea along with added honey. This lemon juice is quite versatile especially this particular brand.
