The excellent construction and wide grip for increased grip strength really exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised to receive the bonus extension strap. The handles are very sturdy, and comfortable to use. This thing is a bargain for sure. This is the most effective forearm targeting exercise equipment I’ve found thus far.

This is an effective tool for forearm exercises. The hand grips were thicker than I expected them to be. I'd like an option for hand grips that were less thick.

It's very sturdy, I have used it with 40 lb with no issues. I have seen great results so far. The instructions are very easy to understand, although the equipment is pretty self-explanatory. Easy to adjust and change weight in the middle of the workout. Perfect for burnout exercises at the end of my arm day workout. Not just for forearms.

Handles are larger in diameter and covered in dense rubber which is great. Very durable compared to others I have used like this. I loaded 25lbs on and no issues. Also came with an attachment to load heavier plates.

Works perfect. Nice thick handles. Others seem to have smaller handles. Perfect quality for what it’s intended use is. Highly recommend!

El grosor del mango (roller) hace que antebrazo trabaje con mayor intensidad. La idea de fat grip consigue involucra con mayor intensidad flexores y extensores. Supera con creces el otro roller standard que tengo. La cinta que incorpora se puede doblar si no colacas el peso adecuadamente. Por lo demás me parece un producto que rompe con los rollers habituales.

doet wat het moet en de dikte ervan is ook goed ! ik doe het met 3kg eraan en je voelt het snel al :D

Just received this today could wait to use it omg the burn you get on your forearms after a couple of mins yes this it gonna be brutal ...but in a good way lol . Fantastic piece of equipment simple but effective
