The media could not be loaded.  I have been in this Crypto world for over an year and have about 6 exchanges accounts. One of them is the Gemini. Yeah, few weeks ago, I had to freeze my Gemini account in hacking attempt. After that incident, I had been looking for a hardware wallet for few weeks, and Kasse is my choice. This is one of the best options out there. Cheaper than Nano, easier to use than Trezor.Just remember right btn is for changing character set, and left btn is for selecting expected character.I am using this Kasse for only ETH(which was in the Gemini), but it supports most of major coins like BTC, BCH, LTC, ZEC even XRP.Looking forward to more coin wallet support from this thing, so I can move other coins from rest of exchanges.Make sure you write your backup phrase down in at least two places. I saw the mixed reviews but purchased it anyway. I should have listened to the negative reviews. Setup is weird and it wouldn't connect to my Mac. I followed all the instructions. The thing just locked up. Back it goes to Amazon. Glad I didn't get my coins on it.

This device had a great rating till now, all my crypto is trapped, I have already contacted Kasse USA, 3 to 4 times. This really does not make any sense, as there is no customer service, at all, these products, especially since we are dealing with money, shouldn't just be down for maintenance. if there is something going on, all customers should be alerted. Of course no one will take responsibility if my crypto is lost, they'll say it's somehow my fault.

This is my first crypto wallet, so I have no idea how this compares to others. The instructions that come with the wallet are a little hard to follow, but I was able to get set up within an hour or so. Then, however, I needed to access help from the company's site in order to learn how to actually use it as a wallet for my cryptocurrency. Of course, compared to the learning curve of actually purchasing cryptos, this wasn't bad at all! I hope this helps!

I've used Ledger Nano S for a year and wanted to split my crypto for security. I decided to buy Kasse hardware wallet because Hyundai is a well-known manufacturing company. I got this package pretty quickly, and the way of looking, screen, and even box looks fancier than the Ledger Nano S. Setting up password and seed words weren't issues since I had experience with hardware wallet. Kasse has passphrase, which is new to me, so it would be more secure. I downloaded Kasse's software after I set up this wallet. I think I need to use their software to receive/send coins. Kasse's software looks well organized and has easy UI. So far I like it.

This wallet is great and I am happy with it, but I did encounter a scare during the initial setup. Before I knew how to operate the buttons, I think I accidentally selected Korean language when I first plugged it into my computer. This made it impossible to understand what I was doing, and I was worried I would screw it up permanently. I went several steps into the setup (creating the PIN, etc.) in Korean, but I didn't want to permanently be stuck in Korean. I let the software do a firmware update, and continued the setup afterward. I unplugged the device when it was asking me to create a passphrase, because I didn't want to lock myself out of my own device. (at least I think that's what it was asking me to enter). Somehow when I plugged it back in It reverted back to English and began the setup process again. I don't know how or what I did to get it back to English, but I'm glad I was able to do it.Once it was in English I didn't encounter any problems at all. So the lesson is don't be like me. Read the instructions before you plug it in.

Bought one of these last year when I deposited btc on it and as soon as it registered in my wallet my btc sent to someone else's wallet the timestamps were a nano second apart so these things are rigged. I been trying to get ahold of kasse for the past year and they wont email me back sent 5 different emails. If you want a trust worthy wallet go to ledger official site and get a nano s or nano x.

This wallet was ~$30+ less than the other wallets on the market when I purchased it. The interface is simple to use and to understand. I only plug it into my computer when I am making transactions and I keep it in its box when I am not.
