Ancient Apocalypse of Ezra: Called 2 Esdras in the KJV 1611 Paperback – May 25, 2017

I had read parts of 2 Esdras from the NRSV version. I'm a long time student of Bible prophecy and I found it very interesting but never really got back to it due to the question of how accurate and applicable it might be and also the added level of difficulty of the translation with few alternate translations to compare with since it is part of the apocrypha and not included in the standard Bible canon books with a hundred different translations. Ken alleviates these issues with his own clear and easy to read translation and helpful commentary and insights that help in understanding how the prophecies fit with historic events and fulfillment. I found his insights and interpretations believable and more than likely. I highly recommend this book for students of Bible prophecy. The explanation of the 3 headed eagle and twelve feathers is especially well thought out and researched and for anyone who has struggled with that prophecy and how it may fit into history, that alone is worth getting the book for.

I have found that I will have to ignore commentaries. I prefer the books in small sections like this BUT there is no rapture. He has this confused with the holy children which is understandable if he is not one and he is DEFINITELY misled about certain religious leaders as many are teaching things which will cause blindness and many to stumble because they are looking at it how neatly chronologically it is but it is not. Still I got this to have small sections to refer to. Study Genesis to Revelation to receive light then the Aprocrypha. Like Daniel showed Cyrus what was written about him so to do the elect find themselves in the book. Just like Jesus did also. The prophets cry for a reason because God will show you what is to come AND there is no rapture. Brace yourselves and read from Genesis to Revelation, keep the Saturday Sabbath. EVERY INSPIRED BOOK SAYS KEEP SABBATH BOTH JEW AND GENTILE. Read Jubilees about Noah. Watch King Arthur Legend of the Sword, Cinderella or even Kung Fu Panda 2. 🐼 Who you think is true is not. Hollywood is sneaky but reveals partial truths. Good read.

This is very insightful. I would recommend readying for some believers accordingly to the Lord. I will have to say you have to converse with the Lord or be lead to it to see if it is for you. As you know, nobody on earth will know all things, so is this something you should know??? Even so, unless the Lord wills it, you may not believe it. Remember we are living in the gentile age - so knowledge is for the purpose of the gentiles to an extent, until the Jewish age comes again. We are reaching the end of the gentile age, so I believe some hidden knowledge is opening - possibly to ready God's people for the hardest time ever and yet give us hope in him - Jesus Christ. Then we will see in more truth, since Jewish age is the age of the Lord.

Great book worth studying and getting to know, the end is nearer than ever before. The signs are everywhere, prophecy is being fulfilled left and right and the next big event will be the Rapture of the Church! Praise our Lord Jesus Christ he will save us from the troubles to come! Hallelujah! 🙏🙌

Taken out of the Bible. A must for every believer in end times prophecy.

The history in this book is just mind boggling. Reading the bible is important but learning about all these other historical events just brings it more to life.

All Ken Johnsons stuff is excellent, great study resource!
