Disappointed
The first one was not even turning on. When I plugged it, it started giving burning smell and didnt work at all. Disappointed after reading so many good reviews but then got it replaced the same day. It may not give you perfect straight hair if you have wavy or too curly hair but gives a beautiful bouncy look. Any how you need one more person to hold it and give that exact blow dry look. Overall a good product for simple occasions when you are short of time and want to save money in salon.

Damaged styler
The media could not be loaded. Bought this as a gift for someone. But as u can see the on/off/heat setting toggle dsnt work and the styler is working at the highest heat setting. The box was also not fragile packed. It was delivered with the address sticked and bill attached on the Vega box itself. Amazon does better packing of supplements then the electronic devices.
