Was so skeptical about this but it's fab. The kids love it. Pop a few batteries in and it's good to go. Really surprised how great this was ! Fantastic, Im really happy with the item. Would say it’s value for money and packaged well. Quality product. I’d definitely recommend. Will add pictures when my phone is fixed as broke my camera

This blow-up Alien costume is hilarious! It fits my 9-year-old perfectly and he loves running around in it pretending he’s being abducted by aliens! 😂The suit is pretty quick & easy to inflate, the only thing I’d say is that the battery pack is a bit bulky. My son wants to wear this costume on Halloween so I’m going to pop the battery in a small backpack that he can wear on his back inside the costume.The battery pack takes AA batteries but I’m not convinced it would last very long so I’m going to use a power bank instead as there is also a USB slot.This really is a great costume that will stand out in the crowd at a fancy dress party or when out trick or treating. A little pricier than your average costume but it is worth it in my opinion.

I got this inflatable alien costume for my 9.5-year-old daughter as a fun Halloween outfit, though I knew it would be too big for my 3.5 year old son. The costume comes with a small fan that keeps it inflated and clips onto your clothing via a battery pack (requires 4 x AA batteries). The elasticated ankles and wrists help create a seal to keep it puffed up, and you can adjust the neck after putting it on. There’s also a full-length zip at the back for easy wear. While my daughter thought it was a bit small and uncomfortable to walk in, the material is quite thin and not ideal for rough play. We’re putting it away for now until my youngest is tall enough in a year or so, but it’s definitely a fun costume that gets a lot of laughs - just make sure it fits your little ones properly.

This is such a brilliant costume! Your legs go in the alien legs, then your head comes out of the black top, and when it inflates it really looks like the alien is carrying you!My kids are a little bit too big for this (my youngest is 145cm) - it says on the product page that it’s for up to 140cm, and I would say that’s right really, I think possibly it would be better for slightly smaller than 140cm really.They’ve taken turns wearing it anyway though, and staged lots of alien abductions!

When this costume arrives, it comes in a comparatively small box considering what the overall finished product looks like. However, you should bear in mind that it’s an inflatable so of course it will arrive compacted!You do need the perfectly sized child for this to fit properly to get the full effect. My granddaughter who is 4 was way too small for it so it didn’t form an airtight seal in places and air escaped. The ankle and wrist sections are elasticated (so as not to let the air out!) the neck section is on a toggle so you open this wide when putting the costume on, then tighten once your head is through the hole. There is a full length zip at the back. My other granddaughter who is six was alsoa bit too short so my eldest grandchild at 10 managed to get into it, but it was a little snug to be honest and he complained about the hood being tight around his face. It seems to me the sweet spot would be about an eight year-old, but even then it will depend on how big or tall they are for their age?The costume is a very thin material, so will not stand up to robust play but will be fine for trick-or-treating or simply walking about. It comes supplied with a fan and a battery pack. You will need to insert 4 x AA batteries, although I do think it would connect to a power bank?Once the costume is on, attach the power pack, switch that on and zip up the back of the costume and it starts to inflate. If you have the perfectly sized child for this, then it does look rather good and I can still recommend it however, it seems to me to be such an age specific item that you’ll probably just get one Halloween out of it and the next year when you come back to it your child will probably have outgrown it.

We have an adult one of these and my young daughter wanted to try it on but it was too big. This childrens version is great. Its easy to use once you work out where yiur body parts go into the costume. Its great fun and great value for money.
