Rebower 1219 x 152 x 12mm HDPE Plastic Sheet, High Density Polyethylene Sheet Cutting Board Black Solid Block, [for Marine, DIY, Home Floor]

I've found that this material cuts very cleanly on a band saw, and I was able to drill and tap holes for 4-40 machine screws very easily. I build all sorts and am starting to build mechanisms for cars, and I kept hearing about this material and thought i would give it ago, This material works beautifully, is light in weight, and is much more affordable better than Alloy.

This white sheet is a little transparent, I can see my hand the other side, not crystal clear, like I say a little transparent, so not a solid white. The measurements are accurate, my 3mm thick sheet is about 3.5mm thick, this plastic sheet is good quality, it's a little bendy, I'll be fixing mine to solid edging so for me this is not a problem. A good sheet of smooth plastic, because of it's thinness and flexibility this wouldn't be any good to use as a table top.

This piece of ABS was perfect for my needs and looked great minus some slight imperfections on the cut edges. Would recommend purchasing if you need a sturdy piece of ABS

The dimensions are accurate. The sheet is smooth finished, and stiffer than I expected for the thickness, which isn't something I could asses when ordering on line. Overall, I'm happy with this order, but it would be nice to have surface options.

The rest of the sheet arrived without any damage.I wanted to make my own embroidery hooping station from this board, so I got the largest size to cut it down into several smaller shaped boards. This material cuts and drills well. I suggest taping the edges while cutting for a smoother cut. Use a very fine tooth saw blade. Treat this like you are cutting a Formica top.Do wear a protective mask when cutting or drilling or sanding this material, as the dust isn't good for your lungs.The 1/2" thick sheet is opaque. You can't see through it.
