For years, I have only worn expensive mineral powder foundation. As I have aged the mineral powder started to really dry out my skin. So I tried other fancy, expensive brand liquid foundations, HATED them, bought more, HATED them, finally out of frustration just went back to wearing my old powder foundation. After recently running out of my powder foundation I started looking for another liquid foundation. I was prepared to pay whatever it took! In researching best liquid foundations, this one came up. I eye-rolled a little because, “how could it be so great and cost so little?”. Still, I did the color match on the e.l.f. website and bought it. It is AMAZING foundation! It feels like moisturizer and looks perfect! Not to mention, my skin loves me for it. The condition of my skin has improved so much. I am ready to try all the e.l.f. products after this win! If you are on the fence, just buy the foundation, you will love it (and the price tag)!

This shade was not the right one for me, it's quite light and yellow. I've been using this product for quite some time now and was excited to find it on Amazon. The consistency is pretty smooth, it has a light fragrance to it but luckily my sensitive skin has never had an issue with it. It blends out well, the coverage can be built up. I've never had an issue with the product "disappearing" and having nothing left at the end of the day. Foundation primers are awesome for that, to help keep the product in place for longer. My number one complaint with this product is the pump, it's a hit and miss. Sometimes it works great sometimes it doesn't work at all.

This is probably the creamiest, easiest to apply foundation I have tried so far. I don't use a brush, just my fingertips, and some foundations are thick, hard to apply, or make your pores and fine lines more visible. Not this one! All I do is apply it to clean, moisturized skin (I like to use a moisturizer with sunblock built in), and it blends right in! It smoothes and evens out uneven skin tone and makes the skin glowy, which I like. You can't tell AT ALL that you are wearing any foundation! You can't see it or feel it. It's pretty cool. And the price is amazing. However, it's not perfect. It doesn't cover everything. After I use it, I can still see the hyperpigmentation on my cheeks, the minor redness on my forehead or the occasional tiny zit or two... Not the way my other foundation from Il Makiage does. I even tried applying as much as 4 layers of the stuff, in the hope that coverage would build -didn't work. So... I really do like it, but I don't conpletely love it. I think I might need something with a fuller coverage. Therefore today I decided to use this foundation all over my face, and THEN dot it in the most problematic areas (those with redness and hyperpigmentation) with my trusted Il Makiage foundation -and it looked REALLY good! Sometimes, the Il Makiage foundation settles in my fine lines and emphasizes them instead of hide them (I know they also came up with a blurring product, but I haven't tried it yet -it's kind of pricey)... So using both products might be the trick I need -at least for now.

My all time favorite. Why is it impossible to find now?

I’ve been one the search for a foundation for a couple years now. I had a bottle of Chanel foundation once and it set the standard. Now, I know that a $6 foundation isn’t going to be as amazing as Chanel, but I’m trying the range from drugstore to spendy. I found this to be VERY sheer. It says medium on the bottle, it barely covered my minimal dark spots. Somehow, even though it didn’t cover those, it managed to settle in the fine lines under my eyes. Now that’s it’s dried, it’s sort of dewy I guess. My face feels somewhat sticky. Despite all this, I love the color. It seemed like it was going to be very yellow, but it looks pretty good. Maybe that’s just the sheerness. Won’t be returning to this one, unfortunately.

I bought this online, which makes me nervous of the color match. But it was perfect! I ordered Light Ivory. My skin is fair with very slightly sallow tones. Plus, it goes on smooth and creamy, very even. Blends well. Seems to moisturize without being greasy. The coverage is medium. Not too light, but not too heavy. Never sits in the creases. All of these great features for under $10! I'm amazed! What more do you need?!

I have combination skin so finding a good foundation is truly the most frustrating process. I have spent so much money on products that claim to be perfect and my skin absolutely hates. This is the FIRST one I adore in every single way Shine- it's not matte really, but that can just be my face. Finishing powder takes care of that Application- there is no rubbing this in forever trying to make it even. It goes on smoothly without needing to get rid of streaks and bare spots. Buildible- I always get ones that are buildible to get the full coverage. I can't really say much to that because the first application is always enough Caking- there is no caking around your nose or pulling out every dry spot and putting it on display Lasting- I won't say this is some magic foundation that last days. But it does last the whole day for me. However it will come off with any sweating. Plus side when it is coming off, it doesn't streak down your face, it just sort of dissappears. With that I am assuming any water will make it come off Smell- I truly hate the smell of foundation. But this one smells amazing as strange as that sounds. I absolutely love it Overall this is an AMAZING product that I have become a loyal customer to. If you are spending tons of money trying every single "amazing" foundation because of combination skin, give this a try because I can guarantee you will love it!

Not only did the product come with a peeling off sticker, but I precisely ordered a pump foundation because it is the most sanitary way to dispense the product. But, this pump simply does not work. I checked everything. Stickers, opened to see if maybe there was a seal stopping it from coming out, maybe a seal inside, but nope. After about 200+ tries it wouldn't dispense thru the pump. Tried to return, but they actually want me to inconvenience myself and take it to a UPS Store. I'm disabled so it is not easy to just get to the store. And for $6 & change, not worth it. I'm going to have to open it and try maybe pouring it out on the back of my hand. Let's see how that's gonna go. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

Buscaba una base de baja cobertura para el diario y me pareció muy buena opción, tenía miedo de que la base fuera un poco amarillenta para piel, pero se adapta bien, está donde tengo el tatuaje y yo noto que empareja el color de la piel y es muy ligera. With everything being so expensive, I was looking for an affordable product that has great results. I was very impressed when I opened the box- the product has a luxurious look and feel like an expensive foundation. It has a light, sheer, skin like coverage which is exactly what I am looking for. I want my foundation to make my skin even, without having a thick texture, so I can go in where I need with concealer. This achieves that perfectly and I am very impressed! The shade match is also excellent. When I first swatched it on my hand, it looked a little orange but once blended in onto skin it melted in and looked so natural. Overall, the results are wonderful!
