JUST RECEIVED; Seems well made. Keyboard works fine. Fairly unique, since you can use rotated screen with keyboard - vertical or horizontal, both ways work fine. With slight adjustments you can use reliably in your lap with the case extended keyboard will work as a stop for base, while still holding at good angle in the case. In addition, the versatility allows a fold over so you can still use your tablet in its traditional way.Lighted keys work as advertised and have some tactile feedback as well. Another enhancement (why do not more makers do this) there are fully legible instructions imprinted on bottom of keyboard for keys and touch pad, even for establishing the Bluetooth connection.In addition, the price was great too! Purchased just to see what it would be like. It is a keeper for me!UPDATE: 4/19The after a couple of days of use the direction (up, down, left, right) keys stopped working. Fortunately the instructions of the bottom of the keyboard also included contact information options. I wrote to ask if there was some trick to get those keys to work again. I was told they would look into it, and they were very apologetic and assured me that was a rare problem, not something do to manufacture problem. The next morning they sent me a new product, and told me not to worry about returning it or going through the Amazon return process. I got the new one on 4/21, and it seems to work just fine. So happy with this purchase! I've been needing a case with a keyboard but was worried it would be too much to lug around. My previous case made my tablet bulky and heavy so I thought a keyboard case would be way worse than that but it's not. The weight is surprisingly about the same and while it is a bit bigger with the keyboard it's nothing too crazy and with the keyboard being magnetic you dont always have to have it, reducing the size. The keyboard functions great and the battery life is long lasting. The 360 case is very convenient and also durable.

Bought for my Samsung tab S9 FE. All parts looked good. Good instructions (but could have been bigger text or link to website). Case holds the tablet securely in landscape or portrait mode (was main reason I purchased THIS one to get the portrait mode).Keyboard paired with tablet flawlessly. Keyboard easy to use, good feeling but a little small for my fingers (but I'll get used to it). Nice textile feedback. I love the extra keys to control the curser, all of the various media controls, computer controls, search, page up/down; home/end etc. Backlit is great. Touchpad is appropriately sensitive. Magnets hold it well.

I bought 2 of these one for me and one for my fiance. We both love it. The color changing lights on the keyboard are pretty cool and I like how it snaps in so it dosnt drop when you open it.

This case is super durable, soft and modern looking. It is scratch resistant and cleaning is easy as a damp cloth or wet wipe. The key board is super lightweight and I love the soft touch of the keys as well as the lovely abient backlights colours. The key board is magnetized perfectIy, so no slip and falls or moving around as you type. I added a cool dragon decal to customize my case! -Excellent Quality Buy!

Good quality case. Durable. Love the keypad size. I pretty much use the case on my tablet everyday especially at work. Keyboard functions very well. I like the see-through back. Sometimes I stash notes back there to remind me of stuff. Leight weight, good protection.
