Very good flavours , I use it for cucumber or tomatoes when I make salads and elevates flavours ! Haven’t used it on avocado 🥑 bc I am not a big fan but for fresh chopped veggies is awesome

This stuff is like crack!!!I swear. Iv been eating SO MUCH RICE since i discovered it! I accidentally ordered 5kg of sushi rice (also emma basic) instead of 500g, and i never thought i would get through it all. But iv been eating approximately 1kg of rice a month with this, avo, egg and soy sauce. Its my go to snack/lunch/dinner/addiction. I feel like its a little pricey, but i tried to recreate it myself with plain panko and the other ingredients and my version was gash.I wish it came in a bigger pot. I would happily buy a kilo of this stuff, no matter the price!

Update to my original review, I have this on subscription but I’ve had to cancel due to quality issues. There’s a 50% chance the jar you receive could be rancid. I’ve had to throw 4 out of 8 jars in the bin because they smell and taste awful. Not eligible for returns means you have to jump through hoops to get your money back. This product is already expensive it’s just not worth it. I’ve already emailed Emma basic and had no reply.In the picture the one on the right is fine, the left one is off.VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!I was looking for something to add interest to my daily breakfast of hard boiled eggs. This stuff is so delicious I’ve used the whole jar in just over a week. I now have it on subscription :D goes great on sticky rice too, adding crunch and umami.

I am a first time buyer of any Furikake' Seasoning to put on Cooked Rice mostly & i was unsure what to buy etc.I saw this and was trying to think what will be a good choice, kept looking at other products & those silly 'Sachets/packs on sale' (don't bother).It was driving me Mad to buy the best' one lol..., etc but i decided to try it.It is a big 100g Tub..Looks small on the Advertisement' but its a Big Tub!..I cooked Rice and sprinkled it all over it, Beautiful Taste!...It is not Spicy, more of a Mellow sweeter Taste, but very nice & easy to eat with the Rice or sprinkling over anything..Add your'e own chilli flakes etc for more Spice & save money lol..Very happy with it totally!...Please see Photo's for the Size comparison..Well worth the money seriously x

I sprinkle this liberally over bland foods to give a nice salty, oniony, umami, crunchy edge. Avocado, scrambled eggs, rice, broth, tofu - it's a great thing to have in the cupboard to liven up a dish!

Love it, not a strong flavour but a nice subtle add to rice, will definitely uy more.

Doesn't contain any kimchi whatsoever, and does not taste like kimchi, or any kind of furikake for that matter. It's breadcrumbs. Bad value. Crazy that it claims to be "kimchi", "furikake", and have a "fermented taste" lol

Ich bin absolut begeistert von dem Emma Basic Furikake Gewürz! Wer gerne Reis isst und nach einer einfachen Möglichkeit sucht, mehr Geschmack an das Ganze zu bringen, ist hier genau richtig.Das Gewürz hat einen geilen Geschmack mit einer richtig leckeren Umami-Note. Es bringt sofort Pepp in jedes noch so einfache Reisgericht – einfach drüberstreuen und fertig. Es passt aber nicht nur zu klassischem Reis, sondern schmeckt auch super auf Bowls, Avocado oder sogar auf einem Spiegelei.

Dieses Jahr im Juni gekauft, und gerade erst die Schutzhaube entfernt immer zu benutzen. Ein Geruch nach ranzigem Öl (offenbar von dem enthaltenen Sesam) schlägt mir entgegen, als ich es soeben auf mein Sushi als Topping streuen wollte . Das Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum wird erst in drei Monaten ereicht, aber selbst dann ist das wirklich fraglich, das es jetzt bereits ungenießbar ist, obwohl das Frischesiegel soeben erst entfernt wurde. Absolut enttäuschend.

Ein ausgezeichnetes Gewürz von guter Qualität, mit einem Feuchtigkeitsabsorber, definitiv von guter Qualität. Der Geschmack eignet sich nicht nur für asiatische Gerichte, sondern auch zum Würzen von Reis, Risotto und sogar als Zugabe zu Salaten. Es verleiht einen leicht exotischen, unaufdringlichen, aber dennoch guten Geschmack, der zu vielen Gerichten passt. Ein gutes Produkt! Eine Frage des Geschmacks, aber definitiv vielseitig einsetzbar.

Die Kimchi Furikake schmecken sehr lecker und machen süchtig. Einzug der Preis ist für mein Gefühl etwas zu hoch.
