You canât get spare keys!
Works perfectly but you canât get extra keys because it is not a UK product it is France. I even tried to go to Yale and thatâs what they have told me. So annoying as I now have to pay to get another barrel so I can get more Keys! Donât waste your money. I tried to contact the seller but they havenât come back! Very poor.

Authentic but Used and Misrepresented Design
The item was received and dimensions are as expected. The specs are as described.However, the design of the thumbturn is different from the description (square and not round). Also, the product was not new but previously owned as the lock was greasy all over, there were fingerprints on the keys, the box was folded incorrectly and taped. This is disappointing as Amazon sells it directly and advertises as new, not as previously returned or refurbished.
