Did it's job
I sit a lot for work and I have a pinched sciatic nerve. This pillow has helped correct my posture mostly in my cr@ppy office chair and has helped ease a lot of my back pain.

I purchased the lower lumbar pillow - and upon receiving, it was rolled tightly and vacuum sealed. it took a few minutes to expand. the product appears new and unused, but does not appear to be as thick as the product photo and review photos make it appear to be, but i want to give it a chance. i'll come back in a week to edit my review.

Good price for quick back relief
I’ve had this now for about 2 months and I’ve been using it in my car because I just did a road trip across country. It’s very thick and comfortable however it doesn’t fit my car that well with its bands so I just sort of have to put it directly on the seat. I don’t notice my back getting hot with it or staying that cool it’s just to use to relief back pain on a long drive. It’s also very comfortable if it’s being used in a chair! Overall really good product for the price!

At least get the Upgraded pillow
I first got the regular lumbar pillow, but it's really thick at the top and hurt my back. I returned it and got the upgraded one, which is way more comfortable sitting for extended periods. It's worth the extra money.
