Love this, especially as a third trimester preggers lady - in the height of summer!! It's worth the price! Pros: Decided to try out Ultima when my OB/GYN recommended that I start taking electrolytes. Since sodium made my 2nd-3rd trimester swelling (feet and hands) worse, I did a bunch of research and picked Ultima as it had the lowest sodium content I could find! It has not negatively affected my swelling and I've been using it almost daily for a little over a month, and off and on for a month prior to that. Bonus that it has more potassium and magnesium than other brands as well. (Good for staving off the pregnancy charlie horses! Might be unrelated, but I've only had charlie horses the mornings after a day when I didn't drink Ultima...) The only sweetener is stevia. Good if you have GDM, and can tolerate the taste of stevia. So far I've tried: -lemonade (decent, tastes like a slightly less tangy lemonade made with stevia) - raspberry (tastes like fake raspberry - the same flavor as a medicine from my childhood, so personal no go for me. Husband said it was ok, but his last favorite of the bunch.) - peach Bellini (ok. not my favorite, had a bit of a fermented taste) - Pina colada (tasty, but I use 22 oz water and it was a bit weak tasting in that amount) - Appletini (not weak in 22oz water, tastes like an apple jolly rancher - delish!! Husband's favorite as well.) Loved this flavor so much that I purchased in the 90 serving bucket. Cons: No cons, just inconveniences. The stick packs release a cloud of dust when emptying. This is not unique to Ultima - I've experienced this with other stevia-sweetened drink powders. Just don't breath in and move away until it settles. There is a bit of a gritty substance at the bottom right after mixing because it doesn't all dissolve right away. In my experience, it DOES DISSOLVE eventually. To get around this I: 1) fill up my cup/water bottle part way, add the powder, finish filling up (so it hits water immediately and then gets topped off), and 2) prepare it at least 15 minutes before I anticipate drinking it. Honestly, it's not that big of a deal. And for the advantages of the ingredients, I'll take it!

I got Appletini flavour and it tastes amazing. I've never had a real appletini, but this product tastes like a refreshing apple hard candy (like Jolly Rancher) and has a tangy-ness like lime flavours usually have. It is sweet, but mostly tangy, which I love. I mix one scoop in a 23oz bottle of water, which is more than the suggested ratio, but still has a lot of flavour with that amount of water. I would recommend using this product in a bottle you can shake, because it leaves some sediment at the bottom, and requires and occasional shake as you continue drinking it, or else you get a swallow of sediment at the end. This doesn't bother me, but could bother some people. The product also acts a little 'dusty' while you're scooping it because some of the powder is very fine. The colour may stain silicone - the ring seal on the lid of my bottle is tinted green. I was looking for an electrolyte powder because I've been getting a little dehydrated/light-headed while exercising this summer (even though I drink a lot of plain water). I've been drinking this product for a few weeks now, and I think it's been helping me stay hydrated. The price point was a little intimidating for me when I didn't know if I would like it (Appletini was not offered in the smaller jar size), but the amount you get in the jar is definitely worth it, compared with buying single-serve electrolyte packets. Overall, I really like the taste and will definitely buy the Appletini flavour again when I run out.

Best ever electrolyte drink, dissolves, easily, can use it in yogurt, water, can mix it with your other powders, definitely a staple in our house. They have a lot of flavors. I like this flavor of the Apple tini , but I also like the lemonade. Each flavor is different. Try to enjoy it with one scoop, adding more is not always the best, sometimes you can enjoy it a little less sweet. These products are amazing.

I love Ultima they have the best electrolytes. Appletini is hands down my favorite flavor! It taste like a jolly rancher by its not overly sweet just right. It helps me keep my water intake up I normally only drink this once a day however I am still conscious how much sodium I consume. If you're feeling sluggish or have a headache this instantly helps when I drink this. It's a bit pricey the largest containers are almost $50 and Appletini rarely have a sale or coupon that's the only negative I have about it. I do hope they never get rid of these flavor.

The appletini flavor is very good. I bought this in hopes of substituting for soda and energy drinks. The smell is VERY strong and fruity. The canister is small but lasts a long time because it only takes one scoop to make a single serving. I like to shake it up in a water bottle and pour it in a cup topped off with sparkling water. It's so refreshing. It also tastes like a green jolly rancher. I do feel a jolt of energy when drinking this and it definitely replaces soda for me. It doesn't give the same kick as an energy drink but I do HIGHLY reccomend.
