This is an amazing saucepan. We use it for most every recipe. I do not put it in the dishwasher and the anti stick has held up very well in the last few months. I make rice in this pan often and it never sticks. I had selected a bunch of pots and pans for the kitchen (no two matching pieces) this by far was the best pan I picked up and was by no means the most expensive. Very easy to clean and it looks very nice in person.

I’ve bought plenty of pot & pan sets over the last few decades and I can tell you that this set is by far the best ever. I’ve bought a GreenPan large baking sheet and a flat square pan skillet and love them. When I seen GreenPan & Bobby Flay team up on cookware I was all in especially when I read all about this set. I’ve had the set now for over a month and there is NO disappointment with how they cook. They are high quality made, durable inner and outer do not chip or scratch, the ceramic nonstick is superb and even surface heating. Exterior cream color & interior white sparkle ceramic nonstick are beautiful. The silicone covered handles are a nice grip with heat resistance! Cooking with this set has been effortless with no hassle cleaning. I’m simply amazed and pleased with this purchase!!

I'm completely satisfied with this pan. Good non-stick and the ceramic coating is solid. I've moved away from traditional anodized non-stick as the quality is inconsistent. I've had pots and pans from Calph***n that were sturdy or the non-stick chipped away easily. Ceramic non-stick has been my go to. No issues and this is a good pan. The walls are thinner than I'm used to but the base is solid and even heating. Great on gas or induction.
