I haven't used it as consistently as I should, but am hoping to get into a routine of using it at least several times per week. I have used mine about 5 or 6 times and have noticed a little difference in my jawline and the extra "pooch" I have under my chin. I only wear it for about an hour in the evening, after washing my face and doing my skin care routine. I'm hoping to work up to wearing it through the night while I sleep, because I think it will do wonders. It's just a matter of getting used to it. It's not uncomfortable to wear at all, it's just different than what I'm used to (like wearing a hat when you're not used to wearing a hat), so I need to just get accustomed to it. I also hand wash mine after each use and hang it to dry. The fabric is very soft, breathable and comfortable, and you can adjust it to fit how you like. I have a couple of different ones, and this is my favorite. I only used the other 2 once each because they weren't nearly as comfortable.
