I bought this neck massager, and it has exceeded my expectations. It feels very good quality, the synthetic skin is soft and the mesh is breathable, so it does not heat up during use.What I like most is that you can control the pressure easily by resting your arms on the straps. I'm going to keep this review as honest as can be.I ordered this neck massager in July. probably used it about 3 times but not consistently. When I went to use it a few weeks ago, the massager would not stay on for more than 5 seconds. As soon it felt the slightest touch it would shut off.Since my return window was already closed on amazon by this time, I reached out directly to the sellers via their messaging application. They immediately offered a resolution.We worked out a replacement and I am very satisfied with their service. I'm hoping this one will last me much longer than the first.
