Genuinely love these but they give me tonsil stones
TL;DR: Taste is great, kept me full and helped with weight loss, but they are the definitive cause of my tonsil stones returning. The taste is excellent and they genuinely kept me satisfied between meals in a way that made dieting considerably easier. The weight loss results were real and I attribute a decent chunk of that to having something this filling and convenient to hand. On pure nutrition and taste alone these would be five stars without question. The tonsil stone issue is worth flagging for anyone prone to them. I only identified these as the cause after visiting my GP and systematically eliminating things from my diet. The moment I reintroduced them the stones came back immediately. It is now a daily inconvenience to manage but I still buy them because frankly nothing else I have tried comes close for taste and satiety. Four stars because the product delivers on what it promises, but go in with eyes open if you have a history of tonsil stones.

Great taste, keeps you full
Good quality protein shakes. Taste nice, are not powdery and have a nice thick texture. I've read reviews about upset stomachs and I agree they do. However, I found it only happened on the first one. The 2nd shake didn't cause me any problems and so I put this down to my stomach just getting used to the high level of protein. If you're looking for high protein, on the go breakfast/ lunch that will keep you full until dinner, give these a go.
