Beautiful taste
This is my favourite sauce, I bought it out of interest as I enjoy spicy food and I was shocked at how much I loved it, it has a good kick in the spice department and adds a ton of flavour. I've used it on meats, burgers, as a side with pizza and even on butties, works on everything in my book! If you enjoy spice give it a try.

Tasty marinade/cooking sauce for most meats
I’ve been using this sauce as a base for marinades and stews for years. Ox tail, belly pork, chicken; you name it, this beautifully flavours and tenderises even the toughest cuts of meat, especially when cooked low and slow. I’ve watched it gradually increase in price, though, so I only buy it when it’s on offer now, and try to stock up while it’s ‘cheaper’. If you’re not able to take spice be warned; it has strength, and some people (my husband) find it a bit too hot for comfort, but imo it’s not hot enough, so I add chillies or scotch bonnet to raise the heat!
