Best Grandparent Gift Ever!
The FRAMEO digital picture frame may very well be the vest gift I've given my parents. It has made the archiving of their grandson's first 18 months an intuitive breeze. And no doubt will continue to delight as he grows. My grandson loves watching himself rotate in pictures and videos when he visits. Piece of cake for the grandparents to set up. The app and immediate transfer and management of content is super easy to operate and the joy has been endless. Great product technology, doesn't look cheap, working better than we imagined! Very satisfied!

Good Quality
Got 2 for grandparents then got another for my mom. They are clear pictures easy to us and set up. Send videos too. Everyone loves them. Great for older family that may not use Facebook or other social media to keep up with kids. Digital scrapbooking put all on one vacation on one and watch it flip through.

Firmware update broke the frame (UPDATED)
UPDATE: I contacted the seller through Amazon regarding my issue and they offered a complete replacement of the frame. I really appreciate this and would feel comfortable buying from them again. The frame worked well for six months but a recent automatic firmware update disabled all of my scheduled settings for turning the frame on and off during the day. When I rebooted it from the menu to try and fix the issue, it now no longer turns on past the loading screen. Googling for product support, it seems the frame and the software are made by two different companies, neither of which has any easy way to contact them for support for this issue.
