Life-Changing Insight in a Beautiful Ring – The Ultimate Wellness Companion
I cannot express how much I love my Oura Ring – it has genuinely transformed the way I understand my body, my health, and my daily rhythm. After months of considering various wearable wellness trackers, I finally chose the Oura Ring, and I am so glad I did. It’s elegant, discreet, incredibly intelligent, and unlike anything else on the market. From the moment I received it, the packaging and unboxing experience felt premium – the attention to detail, the minimalism, and the quality of the materials made it feel more like receiving a luxury piece of jewellery than a health tracker. I opted for the Heritage design in silver, and it’s truly beautiful – sleek, modern, and subtle enough to wear with anything, from gym gear to formalwear. But the real magic lies in what it does. The Oura Ring goes far beyond basic step counting and calorie burn. It offers a holistic, science-driven picture of your health, and its insights are deeply personalised. It tracks sleep with incredible accuracy – not just how long you sleep, but your sleep stages, heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate, temperature trends, and respiratory rate. As someone who used to underestimate the importance of deep and REM sleep, this has been eye-opening. The sleep score helps me identify what’s helping or hindering my rest, from late-night screens to alcohol, and I now prioritise my wind-down routine because I can see the difference. Its readiness score is a game-changer. Rather than pushing you to work out every day, it guides you to tune into what your body actually needs. On days when my ring senses that my recovery is low or that I’m fighting something off, it suggests rest and gentle movement. On high readiness days, I feel confident in pushing myself further in workouts or productivity. It’s like having a silent coach on your finger who always knows how you’re doing – even when you don’t.One of the things I love most is the menstrual insights. I’ve never felt so in tune with my cycle – it predicts my period accurately and shows how my temperature and sleep shift across phases. This kind of cycle syncing helps me align workouts, productivity, and self-care to my natural hormonal rhythm. It’s empowering and refreshing to have that level of visibility without invasive apps or guesswork.Battery life is another standout feature. Unlike many wearables that need daily charging, I only need to charge the Oura Ring every 4–5 days, and the little charging dock is neat and travel-friendly.The app is intuitive, beautifully designed, and packed with information without being overwhelming. I check it every morning – not out of obsession, but because it genuinely helps me shape my day better. Whether I need to stretch more, rest more, hydrate, or move with intention, I have the data and insights to support those choices.Lastly, I appreciate that the Oura Ring is designed with privacy and longevity in mind. The company is transparent about data and constantly updating the app with useful features, like guided meditations, breathwork, and sleep audio tools. It feels like they genuinely care about their users’ long-term wellbeing. If you’re serious about understanding your body, improving your sleep, and making intentional choices around wellness and performance – all without wearing a bulky device – the Oura Ring is absolutely worth the investment. I can’t imagine life without it now.Highly, highly recommend.

Hassle free, stress free health tracking.
Before we get into it, this is HEALTH tracker, not a fitness tracker. Yes it can track workouts but if you intend to use it for this, it should be restricted to cardio workouts, or any workouts that don’t involve gripping things with your hands. If functionality with regards to tracking strength based workouts is your thing, you may best be suited by a wrist based wearable.Looks wise, this is a beautiful example of engineering. Oura have always made beautiful pieces of technology. I purchased the brushed titanium horizon model and it’s absolutely stunning from a wearable point of view.I daily this as my main wearable along with an Apple Watch Ultra for tracking gym workouts (I wear ‘dumb’ watches on a daily when not working out) but personally I find the functionality and the simplicity of the ring is just second to none. If you are looking for a wearable that provides accurate data (backed by studies), doesn’t constantly distract you with notifications or reminders, and just blends in to your daily routine, then I think this wearable is for you.Value for money wise, it would be easy to say that this isn’t the best value proposition out there. Other wearables provide the same form factor and, perhaps more importantly, doesn’t come at the cost of a monthly subscription to access the granular data offered by the Oura ring and app. (Although personally I think the £69.99 total cost for the yearly membership option isn’t too bad when you consider whoop is more than double the cost).Personally for me the value for money for the Oura ring, with the granular data it offers, the quality of the ring itself, along with a simply beautifully designed app to complement the ring itself, is there and that’s why I’ve given this five stars. I’ve found it to be as accurate, if not more accurate when it comes to sleep tracking compared to my Apple Watch and it is far, far better at detecting naps or cardio activity compared to the Apple Watch. The only issue I would say in this department is that calorie burn and steps seem to be a weak point for the ring (but any wearable that tracks either of these metrics are wildly inaccurate for the most part)

Oura - a great product!
For those of you sitting on the fence about purchasing one of these Oura rings and to quote a different but kind of linked brand - “Just do it!”The ring is fantastic. I’m not a fitness focused person but it is encouraging me to do better and excellent at what I wanted it for; tracking my vitals, sleep and some exercise. This is easy to use, connects to a fantastic app (iPhone) and - thanks to Amazon - is reasonably priced (especially in their sales!!).Thank you Oura. You’ve produced a brilliant product that anyone can use and offers easy to access data on your health and wellbeing.

Love the app & data, ring comfort and marking is a small issue
I'd been thinking about a smart ring for ages but always considered the investment too high considering I already have an Apple Watch. When these came on sale I decided to take the plunge and I'm glad I did. The data this ring gives you is great, mostly I like the sleep tracking as that's something my watch falls down on, especially as I find it uncomfortable to wear at night. The Oura ring however I can keep on all night and it doesn't bother me at all.The battery life is good, I think I've been charging it every two or three days, which is better than a watch or phone. The app is fantastic, it presents so much data that's easy to read, spend a little while finding your way around and you'll soon identify where the bits are that you're interested in. The integration with Apple Health is seamless both ways and really helpful. On the downside, the comfort of the fit isn't always what I'd hope. This could be to do with my fingers swelling and shrinking, I also don't think it's help by the little bumps inside the ring that house the sensors, I guess that's one reason they removed them on the Oura 4.Lastly, the outside of the ring does mark really easily, not sure if that's just the brushed finish that I have or if it's common to all the finishes, either way just something to be aware of. I guess with time it will accumulate a patina and it will just age slightly.

Must have!
Absolutely love this. I was pondering for quite a while on whether to go for the Oura ring over other competitors and I’m so glad I went with Oura. I switched from a watch to this and it was the best decision ever! The fit is great, I would say if you’re between sizes to go up a size as I don’t want to get it stuck on my finger. It feels great quality and battery lasts around 5-6 days, I do put it on the charger throughout the day for 10/15 minutes (while showering ect). The app is brilliant although I think it’s still figuring out my normal stats.Super happy with my purchase and would recommend to everyone!

Waste of money
Absolutely avoid buying any oura ring. Their customer service is atrocious. They overcharged me and kept trying to fob me off, saying they'd get back to me and then not. I spent ages trying to sort it and the response I received was that they couldn't refund me but offered me a free month. Choose a better option that doesnt involve spending even more money every month.

Excellent
I have had this ring for just over a week now and it works perfectly with the app the functions on the ring/app are very helpful for me with my health conditions. The ring is very comfortable to wear it fits perfect i am wearing it all day and night with no problem only take it off to shower and clean it i fully recommend this ring if you have health problems and need a ring with a good app the ring app does need a subscription but it's worth the few pounds it costs because of the functions it gives you i recommended it for all the health information it has and its accuracy.

LOVE!!!
Wow! Absolutely love this ring! Great insights for my sleep! Battery life is good, mine tends to last 3 days without requiring a charge. Connects easily via bluetooth to your phone, nice and sleek. Sizing, I would buy one that is just ever so slightly too big for you to maintain comfiness throughout the day. Best purchase I have made in a while!

Would certainly buy again!
Totally worth the money! The design is slick, it's pretty comfortable, and it works as well as expected. I bought it because I don't like to sleep with my Apple Watch and wanted something more targeted to measure sleep analytics and also to measure stress markers, and it's living up to the expectations. App user interface is superb, easy to use, activity measurements work great, sleep too, just waiting on the stress markers, but judging by the experience so far, don't expect it to fall short of expectations. AI analysis on the meals input is also super nice.

READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU BUY
I want to start out by saying that this in no way is a fitness tracker, if you are into fitness in any way and have an Apple Watch continue to use your Apple Watch. If you are curious about your sleep, stress, your period cycle I would say this is a good purchase, and get the ring sizing kit. Also make sure you check with your insurance provider — they might just cover this.1. Sleep- this really goes into detail about how much lite, deep, and REM sleep, this also calculates how long it takes you to fall asleep, your movements throughout the night, a part of this calculates your readiness (will talk about that at the end)2. Live Heart Rate - this along with the “daytime stress feature (will do into that on 3), you can actually monitor your heart rate and do a “live” heart rate and actually feel the beats per minute, it calculates your HR in 30 minute increments. This will measure your HR at night (and it kinda calls you out if you have an elevated HR from drinking alcohol)3. Daytime stress - the app/ ring is able to calculate your HR based on stress (this will take a couple of weeks to figure out). It tells me when I’m in relaxed, engaged and stress stage, and the restored stage (how long it will take you to recover from being stressed) this has really been helpful for me especially since working from home. This plays into your Rediness score.4. Cycle Insights / Natural cycle- Ladies this one is for you if you are looking to come off hormonal birth control and/or looking to start a family or if you’re honestly just curious. I will say the more data that you provide the app on your last 6 periods the better it has predicting (but no worries if you don’t know it) will talk about the natural cycles app in a few. This will take your body temperature every day and create a graph, when you download the natural cycles app (which btw pairs wonderfully with the Oura ring) every morning you will open up the Oura ring app and allow everything to sync then it will transfer that data to your natural cycles app. There you will have Green Day’s ( your safe days for s*x), and red days when it’s not safe (unless looking to start a family I’m sure yours will be very different from mine). This will predict days of ovulation based on your body temp. And your est. next cycle. You will then fill out this form it will ask you if you’ve had s*x, bleeding (for period), LH test, ovulation symptoms and your overall “how are you feeling”. The more information you give the app the better.5. Your Readiness Score - basically everything I talked about sleep, HR, temperature, “activity” even though I don’t use it. I put my Apple Watch information into it” your stress, this calculates everything and gives you a readiness score to take on your day. It may give you advice to relax, call you out on your drinking “hey your HR was elevated did you consume alcohol or have a late light snack” sometimes it can tell you that you might be coming down with something, or that you can take the day on.I will say there are CONS— it’s a wellness ring, not a fitness ring. The app…… it’s $5.99 a month… for a ring that you pay $350 based on the ring and finish. Kind of annoying. This does scuff pretty easy (so if you wear this while working out get a ring protector). However the Pro’s outweigh the cons…. I’m able to learn a lot about my sleep I’ve got some PTSD/ insomnia from the military. I’ve been able to learn a lot about my stress and period tracking. I think this was very much worth the purchase (I did hold off for a year).

Toller kleiner Helfer
