Great quality purse. Perfect size for everyday use.

I absolutely loved this purse BUT..The material is flaking. I am constantly changing purses out and I might of possibly used this one for a month before storing it away in a dust cover and in a tote. I pulled it out the other day to use it again for the second time and noticed all these areas of flaking. I also pictured the side and bottom to show it does still look brand new so this isnt normal wear and tear. Highly unusual for montana west in my experience as I have some of their purses from 10 to 15 years ago still in my rotation that are in great condition. This purse is of nice weight, not too heavy, not too light, the material has a nice feel to it almost like real leather but unfortunately it just doesnt hold up quite like the material they used to use.

Very soft feel and lightweight. However, it will not stand on its own. Difficult to hold the bag up and find what you need inside.

I'm sorry to say I was so terribly disappointed when I opened it up. It was nothing like the picture which really broke my heart. It shows that it it more upright & is squared off like it would stay up. Actually it oblong & lays flat. If it was like it was shown I'd be very happy. Montana you have well made purses but they never seem to be as described or shown. This is the second time it's happened. I still have the first one & just never used it or sent it back. That's probably what will happen again. When I get a collection of things like this, I take them to the shelter for abused women. (Been there myself) Some women leave with just the clothes on their back. At the shelter they try to help with job interviews, if you're not working, & you definitely like to feel & look decent for job interviews. I'd love to open just a clothing shelter for the women to come & pick through with no charge. Even for children also as some of the women come with their kids in the same predicament. My heart goes out to them 💔 all. Some days a truck would come & just drop off boxes of clothes & shoes & you hope you can find something to fit. No complaints though! Thanks for listening! Sincerely, Me (NKH)

Great deep tote/purse in a nice variety of colors. I ordered the purple, and it was pretty close to the website pictures. It was a little brighter than shown. Note that it doesn’t stand up straight like in the photo, the middle slouches down especially if not zippered shut. My only complaint would be that the liner is plastic - not fabric - and makes noise when taking contents in & out. There is an outside zippered pocket that is large, and 2 open pockets & 1 zippered pocket inside. The inside open pockets could be deeper for my preference, all of my taller cosmetics like lip gloss fall out.
