Is drip pan removable

Yes, but don't but it,you cannot find parts when they rust away, sorry,buy it!

What are the dementions?

It is about 4.5 feet long (54") 20 " deep. 34" to grill surface. 46" high at top of grill cover. To me it seams small for a 4 burner. The grill surface is only 24" X 16".

Is there anyway to convert this to a natural gas line??

Yes all you have to do is drill out the burner orifice is just a little bit bigger . Pipe in your natural gas and your good to go!
