MG15GR Guitar Combo Amplifer with Reverb, Practice Amp Suitable for Electric Guitar - Black and Gold

I bought this Marshall MG15GR and the Vox VX15GT and wow was there a significant difference. The Marshall has so much more of a rich tone with a lot of bass, making the Vox sound like a toy in comparison. The treble and middle are also great and giving a powerful rocking tone and the reverb was also really effective and authentic. For my environment, I needed an amp that can give an adrenaline rush but at a low volume so I don't bother the neighbours and this works perfectly. The controls are really effective in scaling back volume and bass without loss of quality. I use the AUX to play along with songs and backing tracks and the quality through the speaker is really good and I was honestly surprised with how good it was for such a low price. I also some times use (audio technica) headphones and it sounds great through them, allowing me to turn up the volume and receive a strong sense of power. I nearly didn't buy this amp and was just going to get the Vox but I thought I should compare the two and I am so glad I did, as the Marshall was also £20 cheaper. I didn't bother with the FX version as I don't use those features and would likely get pedals if I did, so I can't comment on those but as an amp with no effects other than reverb, it is a must buy and has a great Marshall sound on both the clean and overdrive channels. I plan to use this amp when finding a band to practice with and am confident it will be loud enough for practice and very small gigs, which has also been supported with my YouTube research, but I can only review for home use as far.

Good value for a quality make. Standard size and good versatility , sounds excellent as you'd expect with a marshall amp.

Good quality, clear sound, ability to alter tone etc, useful jack ports and works well with headphones. Neat and compact, not too heavy.

Bought this for daughter at Christmas and she loves it! Portable but solid, good clear sound and a decent volume range. Perfect for practicing at home

My first amp, very good sound and build quality

The amp looks nice and for a few hours the clean channel sounded quite nice. The reverb also sounded nice. Unfortunately after a few hours a crackling noise developed which ruined my enjoyment of the amp. Thank goodness it was covered by the Amazon return policy. All of these branded £50 to £150 range practice amps seem to have the same point of manufacture as across the range of fender / vox / Marshall and others the issues seem to be the same. The garbage cheap amps of the 1980s and 1990s are starting to look like boutique audiophile in comparison to the kind of junk that you pay £50 to £150 pounds for. A much better solution is to use a vox headphone amp with a quality mini Jack cable and plug into the aux in of any half decent stereo hifi. It won’t look as cool but the sound quality will far exceed the quality of the junk which is available in the price range.

Todo correcto,rápido y fácil,quizás el embalaje demasiado endeble para este tipo de aparatos tan delicados en caso de caída al transportar.solo por poner alguna pega.

Der Verstärker ist klasse aber an alle deutschen Käufer, ihr müsst aufpassen denn der Verstärker kommt nur mit einem UK-Stecker. Für unsere Steckdosen muss man sich einen Adapter besorgen. Ansonsten Top Produkt.

Preso mesi fa quindi ho aspettato un po’ per recensire, ancora perfetto non mi ha mai dato problemi e suona da dio per quel che costa. Arrivato in tempo senza nessun tipo di danni o problemi, consiglio sicuramente l’acquisto
