Bought this set after my physical therapist used them on me. Cupping therapy honestly is fantastic for relieving pain and relaxing tight muscles. We took it on a recent cruise for helping to relieve pain in my lower back and my husband’s leg and knee pain. What a godsend! The cups take only a few minutes to use for pain relief that lasts and doesn't have any heavy pain med side effects. The cups do leave a red spot on the skin but it doesn’t last long. I love the good quality heavy plastic of the cups and the pump works well. The case is just cardboard and not as sturdy as I would like. Overall, for the money, this set is very good and very effective at relieving pain.

I've had them for 2 weeks. I have used them on my upper shoulder, neck area 4 times so far and I get a lot of relief for about 24-48 hours, then I want to do it again. Tricky part is that you can't really do this alone, especially if you are using them on your back. I've been leaving them on for 10 mins. I might experiment with a longer session to avoid having to do it every other day. I have CHRONIC pain due to horrible posture, working on a computer doing the same job for 15 years. Locally I could pay $40-80 a session for this and so far I've gotten 4 uses out of it and there is nothing that is broken so far. Even though I was sceptical to purchase because of what the bad reviews said, I decided it was worth a gamble for $20

The cup set was very well set up, it has everything you need and some we don't even use. Good variety of sizes. Lots of the Largest and mid size cups and fewer of the smaller ones down to about a 1" cup. They do hold suction well, they are smooth and there are no seams. Seams can be a problem on the cheaper sets. The storage box is better than expected for the price, it holds all the items and keeps everything in place while traveling. The pump did break after about 4 months. The cheap pumps are about $6-$8 to replace and they last about as long as the original. Originally, the prices was around $20 and very reasonable for the amount of items in the set. Overall, we're happy with but it seems that pumps will be replaced like service items, on a periodic basis.

Got this for my wife to use along with a massage chair. The suction cups are easy to use and she was a little skeptical at first but playing with the power of the suction and the location I was able to find the areas that relieved the pain. Also watching a lot of youtube videos on how to apply these properly My wife is very happy with the results but we don't do it too often. Once a week is enough as I mix it with regular back massages. Highly recommend you get these and try them out!

All the reviews for this seem so great but... the information packet is very hard to read with a LOT of misspelling and incomplete words and there aren't any instructions! You get all these pieces but nothing tells you what to do with them. This is an unfortunate case of getting what you pay for.

I’ve been going to the chiropractor for over a year and she suggested getting an at home cupping kit and I absolutely love this one. I normally don’t leave it on for more than 10 minutes and gives amazing relief.

Do not recommend. I purchase June 29.. I was enjoying to using. it helps a lot. my return window was till July 29 and today is August 1 and the pump got broke. i

Worst product don't waste money

I ordered this cupping set from Zephyr_Zone, but the product I received was completely different from what is shown in the images. The quality is extremely poor — the cups are cheap and weak, and the machine does not work properly. This feels very misleading, as the pictures look premium but the actual product is low-grade and local quality. The biggest issue is that the product is non-returnable, which is risky for buyers. Thankfully, Amazon support helped me with a refund, but not everyone may be that lucky. Suggestion to buyers: Please read reviews carefully before ordering Avoid non-returnable products Don’t trust images blindly Overall: Very disappointing experience. Not recommended at all.
