When making the pasta you would roll it through the Pasta Maker until it very thin, add your ravioli filling and place another sheet of pasta over that and cut it with ravioli cutter. Easy to clean. You cannot wash it though. There are two main parts that connect together (easy).

Can one make a vegetable pasta or does it only handle flour
