Can still be used.

The footpod is ANT+ compatible so can be used with any other ANT+ device such as the older Garmin watches. However the Adidias applications no longer work. Comes also with an ANT+ USB dongle and a connector for a iPhone 3/4... it may be worth buying just for the ANT+ USB Connector and the footpod...

Rubbish

I would not recommend this product bought it for a Christmas present for my husband it wouldn't connect to his iPod even after changing the battery as per troubleshooting advice. Not worth the money

Unfortunately this speed cell was of no use to me at all.It is not compatible with any of the latest iphones (i have an iphone5) / ipads.
