We haven’t had it for long but this feels like a great mattress so far. Soft and supportive at the same time. Such a great value for the price.However, shipping was a real hassle. Amazon shipped this through USPS. The day it was supposed to arrive, the mail carrier left us a note that said it was too big to deliver. They left this note in the mailbox, not at our doorstep so by the time we got it, the post office was closed for the weekend. Went to the post office during the work day, waited in a long line, and they had the package. Luckily, the gentleman helping me helped carry it to my car. Amazon/Nectar should change shipping methods ASAP, as the whole point of ordering a mattress on Amazon is to have it delivered to me.

Amazingly easy and so much more comfortable than the mattress it replaced. No odor, inflated quickly. For my size 150ish pounds, it is firm and solid, a little too firm for side sleeping, but I just popped the old topper in cover on this and it is wonderful. If you need extra support around edges because you like to sit and tie shoes, it may not be the best choice, but I am loving it. On sale it was a wonderful deal, and I'm so glad I purchased after reading reviews around the web

I’ve had the bed for about 5 months now, great bed. Have no issues with temperature, comfort, fit or support. I am 6ft 250lbs. I got a queen size and it’s working out great. I’d say the only thing reviews were correct about is, sitting on the edge will cause you to slowly slip off the bed. Edges are much more softer than the center. Other than that, I sleep great and can’t complain.

I ordered this mattress based on its good reviews to replace an old memory foam mattress that was about 7 years old. I was also convinced by the risk-free in home trial guarantee that Nectar advertises. Big mistake!I slept on this mattress for several months and found it much firmer and less comfortable than expected. Nectar’s advertising materials say it will break in, but it was still uncomfortable after months of normal use. I was waking up with back pain and soreness, and this affected my sleep quality. I decided to return the mattress using Nectar’s in-home trial guarantee, as it was outside Amazon’s return window. This process was anything but risk-free. Nectar makes you jump through hoops to return the mattress: it takes several emails just to get an RMA, then it must be picked up by their donation partner and inspected, and then they won’t give you a cash-equivalent refund but instead a prepaid Mastercard. I refused this and asked for a check or ACH transfer (which was within their policy at the time of purchase) and they refused. After contacting Resident Home’s (Nectar’s parent company) legal department, I was offered a settlement instead of a refund with a non-disclosure agreement keeping me from giving an honest review. I refused this settlement and was ghosted by their legal counsel. After filing a complaint with my state’s Attorney General, Resident Home refused to cooperate with the AG’s attempts to mediate. I am still owed a refund of nearly $1000, and will probably have to file a lawsuit to get it.I wound up buying a Tempur Pedic Cloud Hybrid mattress and am much happier with it. The quality of Tempur Pedic foam is much better and it costs a few hundred dollars more. I am sleeping better and my back is hurting less. You get what you pay for!Summary: If I could, I would give Nectar zero stars. Do yourself a favor and buy a different brand. Nectar’s mattresses aren’t worth it at over $900, the foam is nowhere near Tempur Pedic’s quality, and their risk-free in-home trial is anything but risk free.

I tried this mattress at someone else's house and really liked it. So I am happy I ordered one. It is nice and firm.I do wish I had ordered even a deeper one.
