Incredible quality and features.
I bought the Navic T1 Pro and was extremely impressed with the quality of this scooter, so much so that I bought a second one for the wife. Very solid scooter and the battery on the T1 Pro DOES go 50 miles! I live in Washington State, very hilly, does excellent. On a steep incline may go down to 15 mph uphill. Very steep- 9 mph. Does 22 mph with ease on most levels, even with typical inclines here and there, I weigh 160 lbs. The disc brakes are awesome, work well. Everything works well! Except……the tires. Do yourself a favor and invest on a better quality set of tires at some point. The worst thing about the purchase is they used FedEx for shipping. Thats a big roll of the dice there if it even shows up. Other than that, I would buy agin, even with FedEx factor. Incredible scooter.

Good buy! Great price!
I use this at our Marina on a daily basis. I'm 59 years old and it saves alot of walking for an old guy lol.takes getting used to especially if you haven't rode a bike for 45+ years! Good quality, I'm 6'5" and 230 lbs. And it moves my big ass around quite good. Will probably buy another one. Light weight, foldable so it's easy to put on the deck of our Motor Yacht. Would highly recommend

Great value and performance!
I was pleasantly surprised by how easy this scooter was to set up — just a few screws and it was ready to ride. The battery came fully charged, so I could test it immediately. It feels sturdy, rides very smoothly, and the speed is perfect for short city trips. I mainly use it to commute between my home and a nearby warehouse, and it saves me so much time compared to driving. It’s lightweight, folds easily, and the dual suspension makes a big difference on rougher roads. For the price, it’s absolutely worth it!

No one buy these!!!!
Please please no one buy these scooters. I bought two and they both were broken, scratched, and manufactured incorrectly. They are super expensive and once you open the box and get them out you can't get them back in and they are so large and heavy it makes them impossible to return. I have never reviewed anything but I plan on writing a review every day so no one has to go through what I did on Christmas morning for my kids. They are driving around on broken, extremely expensive scooters, taped and glued. The seller offered $15 refund. So sad and unfathomable. Don't do it. You will regret it.

Super Handy and Fun to Ride
I really love it. It’s fast enough to get where I need to go, but still feels super safe and easy to control. The battery lasts a good amount of time—I can ride around for quite a while before I need to charge it again. The ride is really smooth, even if the road isn’t perfect. The brakes work great, and I feel safe every time I ride it. The lights are bright too, which makes it easier to see and be seen when it gets dark. The tires are awesome—no air, no flats, no stress. I don’t have to worry about fixing anything, which is a huge plus. It’s also super light and folds up really quickly. I can carry it around, bring it inside, or put it in my car without any trouble. Plus, I like that I can use my phone to lock it, check how it’s doing, or change how it rides.

Great Adult E Scooter
Ok. First this is a great beginner E scooter. It's solid, heavy duty, and well built. It was packaged well and super easy to put together. Plus they provide ALL the tools and extra parts too, a huge bonus. They also included a tire pump and a really nice bike lock! I am shocked! I tested this bike today and it is fast. It got up to 22 mph. The seat has built in shock absorber's so it's super comfy to ride. It doesn't loose speed going up hills either. I rode in a wind storm and it handled perfectly. It didn't wobble and I felt totally safe. What's cool it is not only has a front electric LED light but a back light too plus actual turn signals. Like a motorcycle. This scooter rides just like a motorcycle and can go a similar speed as a car. Now there are a couple issues that are annoying. First it is super heavy. No joke. It's 70 pounds, FedEx confirmed this. Without the box either. So if you live where there are a lot of stairs it's going to be difficult carrying it up and down those stairs. Or loading it up in a vehicle. Also you will need a special app to get all the features of the scooter. The instructions for this are in the manual so don't throw the manual away ever. If you don't download the app you won't be able to shift between gears or etc. It's totally weird. Also the phone cradle is odd. You have to slide your phone in and turn a knob to get it to not fall out. I finally figured that out after messed with it for a while. If your phone is large it won't fit so don't try to make it for either. The plastic piece that covers the hole in the charger doesn't fit quite right either so I'm going to keep it covered with something else to keep it dry. Overall I'm super happy with it. The color is stylish a plus. And it's a decent scooter.
