I love these drinks, I just put them in the refrigerator because they are definitely better when they're cold, shake them up and drink them. You can definitely drink them in one setting but I normally drink them throughout the day just to curb hunger until dinner time. They have a great amount of protein in them, more than most of the other protein drinks. Shake it up and the consistency is thin and I never find any clumping. They are a wonderful flavor of vanilla but not overwhelming. The boost brand is too strong of flavor I do not like them at all this is a little more subtle but an obvious flavor. These also work really good too put a splash in your coffee. They do not upset my tummy at all even when I first started drinking them when I wasn't used to them, I had no problem at all. Big bonus is they are so much cheaper to just buy them through Amazon, the store is about $5 more expensive. And I get multiple flavors so it ends up saving me a good amount of money every month

This is my go-to protein shake. It’s affordable, they taste and smell pretty good almost like cereal milk. The bottles are conveniently small so they make it easy to take with you and easy to drink quickly. With the premade shakes I never have to worry about clumping. This is a great brand when you need to hit your protein.

It’s fairly tasty and a good way to augment your protein intake. Be aware of the added vitamins and minerals if you are already taking supplements .

Great in-between nourishment. Some say there are ingredients that aren't healthy, but I like it.

Great taste and extremely filling. We are doing the auto delivery. Love both the chocolate and vanilla. Much better oriced than Atkins and better tasting
